Wish they would talk to the kids. Had to ask the young lady's to introduce themselves to my grandson. He was very nervous. I know they are busy getting information and doing their jobs but... They could do a little better making kids feel comfortable. I think they get it from the doctor. He didn't even acknowledge the parent in the room. Very odd place.

Staff was very nice and welcoming, they all made our experience very comfortable. Ladies explained my child's treatment very well. I would definitely recommend this place Thank you Kids Dental for an overall pleasant experience

It is always such a pleasure at this dentist office. All of the staff are AMAZING the dentist ugh... he is the FIRST dentist my son has ever liked. Literally all the kiddos in my family even nieces and nephews go here. I would highly recommend. Been going for 3 years NO COMPLAINTS!!!!

Awesome staff! Very patient with our littles and they are extremely kind and thorough. Definitely recommend if you have kids who may be apprehensive about the dentist.

The marketing for this place of business is FAR from off. They claim to be a place where they offer services to children "from toddlers to teens... including those with special needs" and that COULD NOT BE FARTHER from the truth. Dr Robert McCarver refused continue a service while seeing my niece today. She was having a tough time with the procedure - as a toddler will - and he told my sister and his assistant, "I'm leaving y'all to handle that" and walked out, and did not return. If YOU are a pediatric dentist it is YOUR job to be the professional. YOU are the one with training not the parent. ESPECIALLY if you are claiming to be able to work with children who have special needs. DO NOT give this practice your trust. They do not deserve to see your child.

Waited over 1 hour to be seen. When the dentist came in no hello, hi how you doing...... nothing just sat down looked at my toddler for 1 minute and was about to walk out. I had to ask if everything was ok. Seemed way over booked to bring in as much money as possible while putting aside quality and getting to know the patients. Will not be returning and will inform others to stay away.
