Have Covid? Have family members with disabilities? Have classes for school or anything that may creep up last second? This likely isn't your place. Kickingbird Dental tallied up my appointment reschedules over time on the back end. They might even go as far as to create two accounts under your name so they can give you double the amount of cancellations against you like they did with me. They dismissed me as a patient for 4 total rescheduled appointments, even though that number isn't true, after being a patient there for a long while. Their attitudes were just as disgusting as their interior design. The tacky and dusty 2004 Tuscany style decor is enough to turn me away at the door personally. I experienced an office of mean girls with no real purpose other than to find control and power over others in their meaningless work that will soon be replaced with technology. If you think the quality of their work is good, it's not. I've had several basic cavity fillings come loose within a few months. They are very bad at giving numbing shots as well. I even caught the dental assistant trying to use a dental cleaning tool on me that she dropped on the ground. She was going to just put that in my mouth like I'm not worthy of clean dental tools. Should have left already as there are so many other dental offices. I can only blame myself for being a creature of habit. They have some audacity to dismiss me as a patient over reschedules when I should have fired them on day 1. 0/10 rating. They really deserve a negative rating.

Million dollar smile was corrected today with another Great appointment to help me out on my bridge & my bite!!! Deal with confidence with the friendly folks & take note of all the smiles from the staff at Kickingbird Dental! As I mentioned before; Dr. Greg and staff will take care of you as they have our family for 25 years!!!

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Robinson. He pulled all four of my wisdom teeth out with braces on and didn't break a bracket. By the next day, I was up and ready to go to work! I would highly recommend this location (:

I am the guy who will not say anything if I have something negative to say. Well, I have to now after being informed of another charge 4 months later after I had completely paid for everything. The staff I thought were all friendly, especially up front. I hated the pain I felt on the second visit but that another story. The staff gave me a discount and it helped and I paid for each visit, in full, after each visit. Have the receipts. Then today a new charge? I haven't even been there. Be careful peeps. P.S. No email to reach out to so there's no paper trail if things need escalated.
