I love being an orthodontist, and the opportunity it affords me to be able to meet so many wonderful families. It has always been my focus to 'do the right thing at the right time!' Therefore, I treat my patients as if they were one of my own children. I am extremely passionate about orthodontics and am continuously seeking educational opportunities for myself and my staff. This allows us to deliver the best treatment for our patients. It is important for me to provide excellent orthodontic results using the latest technology while having a friendly and fun atmosphere.
I have been providing outstanding orthodontic care since 1995. After finishing my undergraduate studies at Duquesne University, I attended the University of Pittsburgh Dental School for my dental degree. I then completed an orthodontic residency at New York University. I also maintain memberships with such professional organizations as the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, North Carolina Association of Orthodontists, and the Raleigh Wake County Dental Society,
Being a part of and giving back to our community is of the upmostimportance to me and my family. I continue to be active in the community, volunteering and supporting local schools, boy scouts, food banks and various other charitable organizations.
I have been married for over 25 years, with four wonderful children. When not tooth moving, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, playing volleyball, or catching a Pittsburgh Steelers game!
Although I was born in Erie, PA, my roots are planted in Fuquay Varina. I have been in dentistry, and with Dr. Khara, for twelve years. Originally, I wanted to be a hygienist, but quickly fell in love with orthodontics. When I am not at work, I head off to my second home and favorite place to be, Oak Island! I enjoy spending countless hours on the water with my husband, our vibrant daughter and our family and friends.
I am originally from Pinehurst, NC but have settled in Fuquay Varina with my husband. I have been working with Khara Orthodontics for over eight years and am always excited to see the before and after of our patients. My husband and I are new parents to our beautiful daughter, Sage! In my free time I love traveling to the coast and spending time with family and friends!
I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM so naturally, I am a lover of Mexican food. While making the transition to North Carolina, I fell in love with orthodontics, and have been in the field for Ten years now. When I am not withpatients or running behind my toddler, you can find me binge watching some of my favorite old school movies.
I have been an Orthodontic Assistant(Technician) for over 15 years. I absolutely LOVE what I do!! Not to mention I get to do it with an Amazing Team!! Having fun and cutting up with patients, all while watching them get their perfect smiles is priceless. I am originally from Charlotte, NC. I have 3 amazing kiddos ( Caroline, 20, and twin boys Zac and Cameron, 12) and my wonderful husband Ed. We are huge Alabama football fans (ROLL TIDE!!) I enjoy traveling, shopping, more shopping, and spending lots of time with friends and family.
Although originally from Puerto Rico, North Carolina has been home for the last twenty years. Marrying my husband, raising our two beautiful children and then watching our three beautiful grandchildren grow, has been the highlight of my life. Khara Orthodontics has been a very special part of my family for 10+ years now. I love working with such a great doctor and being with staff and patients whom I consider family.
I am originally from San Juan Puerto Rico and while I miss the clear water and amazing food, I absolutely love being a North Carolinian. I have been in orthodontics and with Dr.Tony Khara for 13 years and I can tell you first hand that the saying is true. Time does fly when you are having fun! I have enjoyed all of the people I have met, smiles I have helped to create and working with such a great team. When I am out of scrubs, I enjoy camping with my husband and our three girls.
As a 15-year resident of Holly Springs, I have had the privilege of forming many bonds with the locals. I have over 20 years of experience in customer service and five years in office management. I have two daughters, Audrey and Chloe; two pups, Dusty and Dottie; and a handsome man by my side, Ben. If not with them, I am likely to be found searching out new hobbies, as I enjoy keeping myself busy.
Born and raised in Angier North Carolina, I have been blessed to raise two beautiful children Kassandra & Octavio. Being a recent graduate of NC Dental U, I had the opportunity to complete my externship with Dr. Khara. I am so thankful for that opportunity because I am now a member of the Khara Orthodontic family. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending free time traveling with my kids.
Originally from South Carolina, but I proudly call North Carolina home. I graduated from NC State and have lived in the area for over 20 years. The Khara crew has become my extended family over the last few years. I've recently switched over to PR and I love seeing patients faces out in the community! In my spare time, I love watching my two sons play baseball and going on trips with my family.
Growing up in a military family, I have had the privilege of living many places. However, I have always considered North Carolina to be my home. Here at home, I have been a member of the Army National Guard and am grateful for the many opportunities that it provides to help our citizens in need. While I am relatively new to Khara, I am not new to the dental field or orthodontics. I have worked as a lab coordinator for several years and enjoy what I do. Outside of making orthodontic appliances, I enjoy turning wood and spending time with my beautiful wife of nine years, our two cats, one dog, fourteen chickens, and my pet snake.
I was born in West Virginia but was raised here in Holly Springs! I am a recent dental graduate and love making people smile. When not at work, I love spending time with my family, friends and my boyfriend, John. Together, we have three pups; Chance, Charlie and Max. You can usually find us walking our babies through Womble Park, the greenway or Harris Lake.
Originally from further up north in New Hampshire, but have been a North Carolinian for 20 years! Graduated as a Dental Assistant in the summer of 2021 and am blessed to have jumped right into the perfect job; helping people achieve their newfound confidence with a perfect smile! I started doing social media and event planning with Khara Orthodontics in early 2022 which lets me express my creativity and connect with the community! When Im not working, I enjoy spending time with my fiance Jake and our kitten Delilah. I also love discovering new areas, restaurants, and activities around the Holly Springs area!
Born and raised in Fuquay, Ive seen it grow and its seen me grow. In my free time, I enjoy baking, binge-watching, and traveling. As a former patient of Dr. Kharas, I can truthfully say the environment is like no other! Being able to be part team is truly a dream! Although I was born in New York, Ive been a southern girl since the age of four. I studied Public Health & Business at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, but I found a home here at Khara Orthodontics! I currently live in Holly Springs with my husband, Hunter, and our furry babies Tigger & Salem. When Im not at work I can be found traveling, spending time with my family, and taking my fur babies on new adventures.
Born and raised in Sanford, NC, I got the pleasure of being accepted into the Khara Orthodontics family shortly after finishing my dental program. I am married to my high-school sweetheart and together we have our baby Bently and a dog named Oakley. We love going to the beach, riding four-wheelers, and spending quality time with family and friends.
I was born and raised here in North Carolina! Originally from Lillington but now in the Holly springs area. Ive been a dental assistant for over a year and started at the end of 2021 at Khara Orthodontics! I love being able to dive into a whole new world of dental that I love. When Im not working, I love to spend time with my dogs Gunner and Diesel and my boyfriend Ethan, and I love going to the beach!

Upon arrival for your first visit to our office, you will be greeted by our new patient coordinator. She is your first point of contact in our office, and will help you get signed in, help assist you with paperwork, as well as be your tour guide through our office. Once you are signed in, feel free to head straight back to our toothbrushing station. Our toothbrushes are pre-pasted and disposable for your convenience.
Afterwards you are welcomed to enjoy a cup of coffee from our coffee bar, relax in our lounge, or head off to our game room. However, you will not be waiting long! Our office prides itself on seeing our patients in a timely manner!
