Had all four wisdom teeth out here and another extraction with bone grafting. Also had to get a CT Scan for my consultation before all of this. Dr. Khanuja is great, friendly, professional, she explains things well, and I had no issues with the staff either, they are very personable. Only issue I have had was a scheduling issue (I was told my appointment would be 9am and then came in and they said 10:30 and no one had called me and I had no voicemail) so I'd definitely recommend calling the office to confirm your appointment if they don't call you first. Both my surgeries went well with hardly any pain or issues. As far as cost, the initial consultation + scans cost me around $300 and I was told it would be refunded if insurance covered it but never got anything back from that. The cost of the actual wisdom teeth removal was fair in my opinion. It can be pretty involved (two of my wisdom teeth were impacted and sideways) and I have a small mouth so I imagine it was tough for them as well. I did it with no sedation (my choice) and they did not push the issue, which I appreciated.

Dr Kanuja is great. Her billing is nonsensical. Her office staff will not get back to you. I had billing problems before at the start of the pandemic, but at least they were resolved. My daughter had a procedure 2 years ago and I received a bill in the mail for $1,500 about two months ago. I assure you that they make you pay every possible penny prior to your procedure. They will tell you that if you overpay or if insurance pays more that you will have your account credited and you can request a check. So I left a message about the bill from a procedure that occurred and was paid for 2 years ago (had to leave a message because no one answers the phone) and no one called me back. So I detailed the situation in my voicemail. No one returns my calls. I assume they checked their records and saw the error on their part. Nope. I open the mail today and I'm receiving a bill for $1,500. I have my receipts from my bank account showing my payments yet the bill I just received shows no payments whatsoever. I had paid for the procedure. Two years pass. And I am billed for the entire thing again. I call the office and no one will return my calls. They don't even have the correct date for the procedure on the bill. They probably forgot because it was TWO YEARS AGO. I hate to have to resort to a review to attempt to make any progress towards this but no one will get back to me. What to do when an office refuses to communicate outside of a bill in the mail. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm just glad that I keep good records and document everything.

My daughters surgery went well in mid October 2021. I had to pay the full amount up front. The office found out from insurance that 100% would be covered. Here it is mid February and I still have not gotten my money back. They keep telling me we are sending it out this week since the first week in January.

I will say a absolutely dread any type of health or dental procedures but Dr.Khanuja and her staff were absolutely amazing. Even when I had questions after hours her cell phone was on and she was available I highly recommend her and her place of business. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again doc and your awesome staff.

Always a wonderful experience! Dr. Khanuja is amazing, super kind and super nice!! Amazing staff, very patient, very friendly. My daughter was very nervous to have a tooth extracted and they made her feel so comfortable! Thank you so much for the excellent dental care you've always given to my daughter who has autism spectrum disorder. Highly recommended!

Dr. Ashoo Khanuja is awesome! My son, daughter in-law, and daughter all had their wisdom teeth removed by her. Dr. Khanuja and her staff were great to work with on all three. She is very compassionate with her patients. I would not look any further for oral surgery!

Dr. Ashoo Khanuja and the staff are amazing!! My dentist recommended her to get my wisdom teeth removed asap due to the massive pain I had been in. I was able to get an appointment very quickly considering I went right before the holidays. Everyone made me feel comfortable since I was nervous because it was my first time having to be put under. They went over everything including after care very well. The procedure went exceptionally well and the healing was a breeze. I was able to go back to work the next day and had no issues. Anytime someone needs a recommendation I will suggest dr. Khunuja because of how amazing everyone there is.

I was here for a dental implant. I have been treated very professionally, and I feel that the oral surgeon exceeded my expectations. I trusted her ability to do a good job, and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Daughter needed wisdom teeth out and brought a scan and wanted to get an estimate. They said they needed another scan and took it. She was told not to worry about it. Insurance didn't cover the scan and we were charged $425 for the x ray scan! Most dentists consider that a cost of doing business and don't charge you for that quick scan at consult if insurance doesn't cover it. Each time daughter had appointment she was kept waiting a very long time too. No issues with the extraction but make sure they tell you up front about that scan cost. She was there for an estimate only and we had to go with this dentist because of them taking that scan first time in and charging.

We were told two dramatically differing fees for services. There was an issue with the coverage and it took many months to try and get it resolved. I feel since they had their money they were not helpful in getting it resolved with the insurance company.

Dr.Khanuja is simply the best! I've been to her office a few times for dental extractions, and every time she's been very thorough explaining what to expect and makes sure I'm comfortable through the whole process. She employs a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that treat you like family! I would recommend her to anyone that needs minor to major oral surgeries. Thanks again to her and her staff for making the experience less difficult!

My mom had a consultation @ 6:00 p.m. didnt leave there until after 8:00 p.m. Khanuja left her waiting far too long.. moreover she went back for a procedure the staff put some kind of dental strap around her mouth that was quite painful. Khanuja finally came into the room and stated "No one from her staff told her a patient was waiting.. after sitting there for over 45 min. In pain.. greatful she has a new dental surgeon.

Dr. Khanuja and her staff were wonderful!! I had an implant done and they explained the procedure in detail to prepare me for what to expect. The procedure went extremely well and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and we'll taken care of! So thankful for you and all of your staff, you are amazing!!
