Dr. Edward Khamis is a Livonia dentist that openly welcomes new patients and pledges his commitment to provide lifelong dental care to all who seek his dental expertise. Dr. Khamis understands the apprehension felt by many patients and therefore provides a comfortable and friendly office setting and gentle care.
He attended the University of Detroit earning a degree in biology then continued onto their dental school graduating with honors in 1984. In October of the same year, Dr. Edward Khamis began his full service family dental practice in Livonia, Michigan. He has worked very hard to build a successful dental practice and has been going strong for over 25 years. His excellent dental skills and above all honesty and integrity , have helped his practice to grow.
Dr. Khamis is married and has three children. They are his pride and joy. As well as keeping active in his childrens lives, he is very active in his church and in the community. Golf and tennis in his free time are two things he enjoys very much.

This office just pushed me to far. We stopped going to them about 2 years ago because they are always having billing issues and I am sorry but my husband had been going to this office since 2010 and has had multiple issues with the crown work done at this office. We started going to another dentist in place of Dr. Khamis' office and my husband had 5 teeth (including crowns that were done by Dr. Khamis) that were bad and had to be extracted. I have an oral issue that is going on at this time and I called to retrieve my xrays and they threatened that they would only give them to me if we "paid our balance" . When I asked Dina about the balance, she said that they had to write off some of the insurance balance and some of our personal balance. They don't even know how to properly bill the insurance so our personal balance was never correct. So, needless to say, she would not help me with copies of my xrays to help determine how long I may have had this spot on my jaw that may end up being osteosarcoma. They obviously don't care about people, they care about the bottom line. We have had to put way more money into our oral care since being a patient at that office.....I am sure it outweighs the amount we would owe the office if they could ever get their billing correct. Dina is very rude!!

The office staff is compassionate and welcoming. They care about my mouth. Dr. Khamis is is undersatnding and i have never been so comfortable in a dental chair.
