For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Care Credit, or any major credit card.

Dr. Mecadon is an artist and has a great personality. Dr. Brazon is retired now but was equally talented dentist. My wife and I have been going there for 20 years

Extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone and they don't return your calls either way. I just got hung up on three times by the Clerk and the the Manager also because I was upset that I didn't get a call back. It appears that you don't have any rights here at all in Scranton. It doesn't matter where you go whether it's a Hospital or any other businesses out here. Well I have to say this to everyone out here First and Foremost:" Patients Have Rights".... This Is America Regardless Of What You Do / Think. I worked at a Major Hospital/Trauma Center In Brooklyn, NY. We were taught that in our training and even if they didn't teach me anything like that....I was raised...." Right". People love to do the...." Quick Hang Up On You" when you call them.... But..... When you are there in....." Person"..... It's nothing but......"Smiles/ Polite Talk Etcccc. They said that they are short staffed and if I watch the news I would see it's Alllllll over. I am not responsible for that but I still have the right to a response to my phone call. I told both of them that....."Without Patients Alllllll Businesses Who Are Responsible For Helping Us Out With Whatever We Need To Maintain Our Daily Lives Would Not Strive/ Stay Open/ Be Operable Period!!!!!! You Can't Treat People Like That.......If A Patient Is Upset With The WAY You Tend To Do Business........ Do You Have A Right To Get Upset Also Even Though You Are The........." Professional And You Are Supposedly Thought How To Work With Us"....... The Clerk Said She Had Me On Speaker Phone Etcccc and Everyone Could Hear Me...... Yet she said she couldn't hear me in the verrrry beginning of my Call and that the Manager was Right There. If her Manager was right there then why would she sit there and not intervene. She actually picked up the phone on my last call and final call without even........"Identifying Herself And Proceeded To Tell Me About My Yelling At Her Staff etcccc.......... WOOOOOOW..........Then She Said She Was Going To Hang Up And She Did.....!!!!!! I refused to allow her to talk to me since I continued to explain how I felt about their service and the way her employee was speaking to me like I was........." Her Child..........Most Of The People Can't Even Talk Or Look At Their Children Anyway They Want To. I was told that I would be........"Banned From Their Business Like They Are The Only One In Town"!!!!! I told the Manager that I read the......." Negative Reviews Online But I Still Choose Them Despite That"...... Guess she didn't like that either which is why she said she would hang up.......!!!!!!!!!! Two Visits........ Toooooooo MuuuuuccH........!!!!! The Dentist I saw both times told me one thing about what he was going to do but unfortunately for....... "GULILBLE ME"........ He Didn't Include It In His Notes....... Another Valid Reason/Point For My Frustrations During The Call.....!!!!!!

If i can give 0 stars I would been going to this dentist for over 10 years now looking for a new dentist the receptionist was so rude raising her voice at me in front of the patients waiting in the waiting room i been calling no answer she told me she was too busy to answer the phone and she is by herself after i showed up in person to make an appointment due to an dental emergency this wasn't the first time she was rude and ignorant.

Please ignore all negative reviews. If you need dental work please go to keystone. Their staff was awesome and very courteous. Dr.O is absolutely an amazing doctor and he will take care of you I promise! I was also out in less than an hour and he pulled both of my teeth out with such ease and precision. I urge you to please schedule an appointment with them you won't be disappointed.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Super rude and unprofessional staff. Not only did I experience problems with them so did my husband. They gave me a hard time for a referral I needed for my wisdom teeth surgery and hung up the phone on me twice. My husband came in for a cleaning and was basically berated the whole time. They didn't even suction his mouth while they cleaned his teeth. Overall I will never go here again and no one I know will ever go here.

Dentist was very knowledgeable about the work he was doing. Got 3 fillings done. Very quick and good work. The assistant was very nice and answered questions I had. Staff is very nice.

My daughter has an intense panic disorder and this office refused to accommodate her condition by allowing me to be in the room with her. This was after making and canceling two other appointments for her. Last time I checked, my daughter's condition is covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act, so, in essence they violated my daughter's federally protected civil rights. Obviously, I'll be pulling my family from this mess of a practice and switching to another practice that cares about not traumatizing their patients ; one that will respect her rights.

I went to keystone Dental years ago and the thing was I had a good experience when I called Maria and I she was nothing but good-hearted the last time I was there though it was about 15 years maybe 10 and they made me a set of dentures uppers and I still have them to the day it's time for me to get a new pair I'll probably going to go to them if I could afford it I'll see what happens but I liked it there it was nice

After reading the reviews, I was very hesitant about reaching out here but really needed to see a dentist. I ended up calling and leaving a message prior to the office opening. Within 2 hrs I received a return call and appointment. The receptionist on the phone was nice and was also kind when I went for my appointment. I can not say enough positive things about my experience. Sue the hygienist and Dr Justin were terrific. Very kind and patient, explained everything as they went along. They were both extremely thorough. I truly appreciate the kindness I received from both Sue and Dr Justin, and quite honestly I am happy I didn't listen to the negative reviews because it was nothing I experienced! If you fear dental appointments I would definitely recommend giving keystone dental a shot. They restored my faith that going to the dentist doesn't have to be so bad! Thank you to the entire staff.

I put an email request in from somebody from the office to call me to see if they would take my insurance and the lady that called me was the most ignorant woman she had to be the receptionist or who she was just her tone of voice the way she talked to me I work in medicine there is no need to talk to someone the way you did and then laugh at someone on the phone come on be more professional you work in healthcare have some dignity in your work that's why you guys only have three stars because most of the reviews are about your receptionist I will never recommend this doctor's office to anyone I feel bad for people that have to deal with her ..

I cannot praise keystone dental enough!!! I haven't gone to the dentist in 5yrs due to no insurance. I had an appointment for 230 today. My anxiety was so bad I asked if they had any cancelations and could I come earlier. They took me right in 10 minutes later. The dentist I forgot to get his name and the dental hygienist. Took all my anxiety away right away. Answered every stupid anxiety draw question I had. Here's to a better healthier 2022. I recommend anyone having dental issues to call them. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist they are absolutely amazing

I have a dental emergency I've been calling for over a month and no one answers the phone. I called a new dentist and got an appointment in the same week. Dr. Orlandini was great, the dental assistants, and other dentists are as well. As all of the other reviews stated, the office staff is the problem. Seem very unorganized and uncaring about the patients. I've never EVER had a doctor's office always go to voicemail. At least hire an answering service if you can't pick up the phone. Would be nice if I could actually get an appointment, but good luck getting in. If I was waiting for them my tooth would be rotted out by the time I got in... absolutely disgusting.

The worst had dentures mad in 2019 price was 1300 had a fire and lost everything called to replace then due to pandemic there 2300 now price went up like there were expensive before probably 300 to make rude and worse experience I ever had need a lesson on customer service and have a heart
