Dental Insurance has been out of my reach for a long time. I decided to go and see if they could help me. Very nice people - and I had to have a tooth extracted (Which I was really afraid of due to a bad experience years ago) However the team worked hard and made sure to stop and fix it when I felt some pain. They are always busy and sometimes it can take a few extra minutes before being seen - but I wont take off stars - because I would rather them be a few minutes late - and do the work with a smile, and make sure to focus on me when I'm in the chair. A great community resource.

my parent has been calling to set up an appointment for me because I'm deaf/hearing impaired and no one will answer the phone or call back so we can set it up. I was already approved just need someone to answer the phone so I can go. Now I'm stuck in pain and have to probably find somewhere else to go and use the money I don't have. edit I have been trying to get an appointment for a month or so now with no success I even texted the number listed that someone texted me from and asked my name and then no reply after i gave them my name still need to be seen and cant go anywhere else because i cant afford it.

I am completely satisfied with the kind and caring service I have received at Keystone Dental. It is a very clean office with compassionate, non judgemental staff. I have had an initial exam with xrays, then fillings and a couple of extractions of very sick teeth. Let me not forget the thorough cleaning. My mouth is definitely healthier now and I feel better too! Lastly I will be getting partials to complete the work I so desperately needed. Yes payments are income based, but your treated as you would be by a private practice. I highly recommend Keystone Dental. I am very grateful for them.

These folks at Keystone dental in Johnson City are at the peak of their game and the cream of the crop. I do not see how they could have made this experience any better. A special shout-out to Penny. She's a beautiful soul who has a wonderful bedside manner and a heart of the purist gold.

I was extremely nervous going in today but Penny & Dr. Hunt eased my nerves, Penny held my hand. I finally found an office who genuinely cares about their patients! This will be my dentist from now on! Thank you, Penny & Dr Hunt (I believe was his name)! I'd give more stars if it were an option! I would recommend this place to anyone, not only is it affordable but has people who actually care about you and is very informative!

I'm 30, and I haven't had dental insurance since I was 25. Which, in turn, means I haven't been to the dentist since I was 25! When I walked out of Keystone Dental and got to my car I was crying happy tears. The staff was so incredibly nice and ready to help. After visiting a different dental office the day before, and being quoted $15,000 and given an extensive list of work I needed done, I didn't think there was any way I'd financially be able to have my teeth fixed. Dr. Hoover re examined my teeth. Now, armed with a much shorter list of needed dental work at a more manageable cost, I am on my way to having a healthy mouth again. I'll be forever grateful for the staff at Keystone

Haven't been able to afford dental care in so long and finally looked into this place. I had a wonderful experience and did not feel judged at all for the dental issues I am dealing with. Penny was the sweetest and made me feel super welcome. Would 100% recommend Keystone Dental.

Below is my review from the first time I went to Keystone Dental. Here is my review 5 months later. I still love the staff here. Penny and Tamya have been so amazing! The dentists are wonderful and kind. My fear of the dentist has ALMOST completely disappeared (lol). Truthfully though, I was terrified the first time I went. Now, however, they have helped me so much and have been so kind and caring. The dental care they provide is top notch. They have repaired broken teeth, not just pulled. They have filled cavities. They provide amazing dental care. Thank you Keystone Dental!!! Today was my first visit. I was so nervous, and here I am 52 years old. The staff were wonderful, THANK YOU PENNY! The volunteer dentist today was wonderful as well, I believe his name was Dr. Sam (but I could be wrong). I appreciate them getting me in for this bad tooth and being so caring! Thank you all!!!

I have had nothing but excellent customer service from everyone in the office! It's such a great place to go to get your teeth taken care of. I have to give an extra thanks to Penny and Dr Garland for taking care of me today. Thank you all! I also would like to thank Tamya for helping me with my appointment, she was so helpful I appreciate you!

Always do a great job. Penny seems very knowledgeable and is always friendly and courteous as well as professional. All staff here are great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to them.

Had my first appointment with these folks this morning,.couldn't have been happier with my experience, from Nikki at the front too Penny and Dr Hunt in the back. I highly recommend Keystone Dental to anyone looking for affordable dental care.

Most affordable and awesome place to get dental work done, HIGHLY recommend!!! Tamya was courteous, easygoing and fun as well as good at her job and I will be definitely be returning for other visits in the future.
