When you have a private dental practice, you have two options, one is to have a group practice, where you have a large number of staff, and you run multiple chairs at the same time, where quality and the time you can spend with each patient suffer greatly, and the other option is to have a small team and see few patients a day, where you can deliver on quality, and spend the necessary time needed to understand the needs and expectations of every patient that comes into the office.
When I decided to become a dentist, my drive was to make a difference, and after I got my degree, I plunged wholeheartedly to work on my skills, and knowledge while working full time at the office, driven by an insatiable passion to help people, especially those with dental needs, and subsequent self esteem issues.
Besides dental education, I mentor other dentists on hands-on courses at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry, in Scottsdale, AZ. I also spend plenty of time learning about leadership, personal growth, and communication.
In my leisure time, I enjoy traveling, organizing and attending leadership meetings, learning languages ( currently working on my 4th language) sailing, landscape photography, missionary dental work overseas, but most importantly, spending quality time with the people that I love.
One of my favorite quotes by Bob Proctor which truly represents what I believe in, has said it all: We come this way but once. We can either tiptoe through life and hope that we get to death without being too badly bruised or we can live a full, complete life achieving our goals and realizing our wildest dreams.

I love Dr. A!! I am very nervous when it comes to the dentist, but he makes me feel so calm. He is very gentle and really wants you to leave statisfied with your smile. He is so well traveled and attends many conferences to help perfect his craft and stay modern with the newest techniques of dentistry. The entire staff is extremely kind and will help you with anything you need, especially when it comes to insurance! I have been a patient at Dr Arnouks office for 2 years now and I always feel like I'm at home. I am so lucky to find an office that does high quality dental care which is very rare nowadays. Dr Arnouk saved my teeth with lots of patience, compassion, and professionalism. I highly recommend this dental office for everyone who wants healthy teeth and a nice smile. Best dentist I ever been to I had a root canal done painless I feel asleep in the chair you don't even feel a pinch with the needle gion in at all I will never go any where else he is caring passionate over all a amazing guy!!!!

Dr. Arnouk was recommended by my friend. The dental practice was out of network for my insurance but I was willing to pay more for quality dental work and decided to give Key West Family Dentistry a try. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. His office staff and dental assistant were very friendly. Dr. Arnouk was literally the best dentist I have ever had. He knows what he is doing and does it extremely well. He takes pride of his work and keeps abreast with new technologies and methods through attending advanced dental seminars worldwide. I want to recommend Dr. Arnouk to anyone who is looking for a great detail-oriented dentist who takes great care of his patients.

A breath of fresh air, this is how I would best describe Key West Family Dentistry! From the comfortable waiting room, warm receptionist, beautiful art displayed, and relaxing music Dr. Andrew plays as he works on your teeth. I will never go to another dentist. Dr. Andrew does amazing work and is gentle as he does it. I have a low tolerance for pain, so a gentle dentist is extremely important to me! I appreciate how Dr. Andrew provides all options to his patience's along with his recommendations of what should be done. This really empowers you as the patient and allows you to make informed decisions related to dental work. Scheduling! Scheduling! Scheduling! I have been in tremendous pain and each time Key West Family Dentistry got me in quickly to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Key West Family Dentistry to anyone. I am sure many dentist in the area can met your needs but how they do it is what differentiates them. The "How" is what makes Key West Family Dentistry special!

I've been going here for three years now. I love Dr. Arnouk and Raul. I have a lot of dental work done and they always keep me at ease. I have a lot of experience with other dentists, I've been shamed, scared about my teeth and over all its something I avoided. I keep going here even when I moved an hour away. From cleaning to root canals it's the place to be.

Dr Arnouk is an outstanding dentist. His knowledge and professionalism is beyond 5 star. The office staff, from when you walk in starting with the receptionist, to the dental assistant and hygienist are amazing, friendly and make you feel at ease. Dr. Andrew Arnouk is amazing and a life saver!!! He helped my boyfriend's tooth extraction when no one else would help (I had been calling different offices that day for 6 hours straight, and no one was available to help or couldn't see him the same day). He is going to be the only dentist that we see for now on, I never met a dentist so generous and kind. Thank you Dr. Arnouk, I will be calling back soon!!

I have been going to Key West Dentistry for over four years.. never disappointed but always AMAZED at how Dr Anrnouk has taken care of all of my Dental needs.... including cavities, bridge work, crowns, root canals, redoing fillings, cosmetic dentistry and cleanings! He's always very knowledgeable and sensitive to whatever I needed...I greatly appreciate him as my dentist and highly recommend Dr. Arnouk and his office staff without any reservations. Very professional friendly, family atmosphere and wonderful receptionist! I had my teeth cleaned today by Ann who did a very thorough cleaning, she taught me along the way things I never knew how to care for my teeth. When I first walked into the office I did not know what to expect as it was my first time. My brother spoke so highly of Dr Arnouk that i decided to reach out for their help with my situation. Well long story short i was made to feel very comfortable. I was given complete details of my situation as well as the options and/or choices i have which put me at ease and able to make a very satisfying decision.
