Today I went in for a tooth Extraction. She numb me before using the syringe. It was fast and easy.

Thank you so much for taking care of my teeth! I am so happy the problem teeth are gone now . It was quick and easy and I am so relieved to move on with my life without the pain those 2 teeth were causing me! Looking forward to eating real food again soon, and also will be sending my son over to make Karen his new primary as well. Thanks again, y'all rock!!!

I haven't been to the dentist because of a very real fear and past bad experiences. After making them aware of this, literally crying while sitting in the chair speaking to the dentist, I was assured this would be a slow going procedure and that they would listen and do what they could to help. After filling out the forms in the office and making them aware I have TMJ, i went in on a Thursday and had one tooth extracted on one side and two on the other side. I was in massive pain throughout the whole procedure, and the dentist herself acted as if i was a burden and taking to much of her time. Her assistant however was amazing and tried talking with calmly and explaining things. If it wasn't for her I would have walked out in the middle of my procedure. I suffered all weekend with excruciating pain in my jaw from my TMJ. Upon calling the office today to speak to her about my pain, i was told they would call something in for me. The pharmacy called to say my antibiotics were ready for pickup. So I called the dentist back and asked why i was being put on another antibiotic, to which i was told to just double up on my antibiotics. I replied to the nurse I would not be taking another antibiotic as that has no effect on my TMJ and that I needed pain/muscle relief medication. After back and forth with her speaking to the dentist I was told that the dentist wanted me to come back in for a post-op check, to which i again declined. I was not given any pain relief upon my first visit to her office, nor was i given any pain relief medication after having three teeth extracted. This by far has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dentist. I do not recommend Dr. Key at all.

I'm absolutely terrified of any dentist but these ladies at this practice are awesome. Nothing was too much trouble and yes I will be back

I had a great experience! Sweet an friendly staff!! Dr Key made sure I was super numb! I didn't feel a thing! She pulled 2 at once! It was a piece of cake!

Very cozy welcoming atmosphere. Staff is very nice and helpful. I was reluctant on going back to the dentist but I'm glad I did. Highly recommend them

Key City Dental is an excellent choice for your dental work. I personally am scared of dentist, the Dr. and hygienist both took the time to relieve my anxiety and explained the procedures and work they would be doing. While doing the procedure they insured along the way that I was in no pain and the office staff is very professional. Cute offices too!

Awesome office from the first phone call to my walking in the door. Super warm atmosphere. Love the farm house decor. Xrays with Morgan were painless and the exam was great, none of the fluff and stuff of other offices trying to treatment plan you into another house payment type plan. Thanks guys , I will be back.
