I was born and raised in Anaconda, Montana and attended college in Oregon at Corban University where I received my B.A. in Health Science. I received my DDS from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry and entered active duty in the U.S. Army as a dentist in 2008. I completed a residency in general dentistry at Fort Carson, Colorado and went on to complete the advanced clinical practice program at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. I was able to expand my knowledge of dentistry and also have a lot of fun jumping out of airplanes and teaching special operation medics when I was attached to 5th Group Special Forces. I deployed to Iraq in 2010. We moved to Fircrest, Washington in 2012 and I practiced at Joint Base Lewis McChord for 5 years. My lovely bride Rachel and I have 3 daughters. I passed the Academy of General Dentistry Fellowship exam in the spring of 2017 and received an honorable discharge from the United States Army in June of 2017.

I connected with Dr. Olsson through church and began to spend time at Key Center Family Dentistry. This opportunity led my family to make the Pacific Northwest our permanent home. I am pleased to be serving you full time here in the Key Center.Dr. Olsson will continue working at the practice part-time. I cannot say thank you enough to him and his wife Jean for inviting me into this great practice, which allows me to serve and care for the patients he has faithfully served for over 30 years! I am looking forward to the privilege of meeting you.

Dentistry became my field of choice at the early age of fourteen. I greatly admired my orthodontist and the more I considered the dental field, the more it fascinated and excited me. I moved to Washington at seventeen to attend the University of Washington, eight years later I went on to graduate with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in the top ten percent of my class. After graduating, I joined the United States Army serving in Europe with multiple specialty rotations.

After completing my time in the Army, I began looking for a community where I could set up practice and fell in love with the beauty and feel of the Key Peninsula. My dental practice opened in 1985, and I have loved serving the Key Peninsula community. It has been a joy to have my practice here in Key Center for over thirty years now, and I am truly grateful for this community. The people I have had the privilege to work with and care for have become great friends.

Our family is extremely important to me and my wife, of 37 years, Jean. We have 7 children and 6 amazing grandchildren (and counting). My 4 married children all live locally and it is a great joy to spend much of our time in their company. Jean and I love to travel and explore as often as we are able and relish relaxing on our deck or spending time in our yard.

I was born and raised in Kitsap County along with my four younger brothers. We are a very large and close knit family that enjoys spending time together.I have been married to my high school sweetheart for twenty-two years, and we have one twenty-year-old daughter. My husband and I have spent countless hours landscaping and completing many projects at our house over the years. We also try to camp, boat, or go ATV riding as frequently as possible. Our favorite place to ride our ATVs is Florence, Oregon, where we take an annual vacation. I also have two extra-large dogs that I love to pieces Wiley, my Rottweiler, and Rigsby, my English Mastiff.

I love my job. Sometimes, the first step of going to the dentist is the hardest for people. That first step is difficult for various reasons. I believe that if a patient puts forth that effort in coming to us for care, my job is to help them take the next step in achieving optimal oral health. I aim to provide a thorough and comfortable dental hygiene experience for our patients. We serve a large, ever-changing,ever-growing community. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know our patients and their families. I have formed many friendships over the eight years I have worked with Dr. Olsson, and I look forward to meeting and helping new patients in the years to come.

I was born and raised on the Peninsula, so I have been a part of this community my entire life.Between living and working here, I have come to know and love this area and the people in it.A few of my passions are traveling, baking, getting outdoors, and being active.Camping, boating, hiking, and zip lining are a few of my favorites!

The dental field sort of chose me. I received a flyer in the mail, advertising dental assisting from Eton Technical School, and I thought it would be worth looking into.I started on a whim the very next week and am so glad I did!

I began working for Dr. Olsson in 2004, as an intern, in order to complete my school program, and he kept me on. My job is great because there is so much variety. No patient or case is ever the same. The work is very engaging and rewarding. It has been really fun to work in the community I know so well.

I started in the dental field about thirteen years ago. I began as a sterilization tech, and as I progressed in my job, I had the opportunity to perform some dental assistant duties. The more I took on, the more it fascinated me, so I decided to go to dental assisting school to further my career.

I have been with Dr. Olsson since March, 2015,and I am loving it. I truly enjoy being able to interact with each patient. The team I have the privilege to work with has taught me so much, and I really admire my co-workers. Our patients are very well cared for because we all love the work we do!

Great experience with this practice, from the first exam through the process of getting a crown. Friendly dentists, front desk personnel, and dental hygenists and assistants. They seem all to be in a good mood and the atmosphere reflects it! They answered all of my questions, explaining what is happening (I like information!), and have done their darndest to try to accomodate my schedule. The fact that they are in Key Center makes it easy for folks out there to see the dentist, avoiding traffic and parking issues. I highly recommend them!

I love this place. Great care. Pleasant staff and dr Cosby is one of the best dentists I've had. I'm older and have had extensive dental work done. I recommend him with no reservations.

Above Any Expectations! Over the weekend I broke the cap on my front tooth. Being new the the area, I needed to find a dentist. I contacted Key Center Family Dentistry, confirmed acceptance of my insurance and they scheduled me for an afternoon appointment. I was immediately impressed by their friendliness and efficiency. The entire team was awesome! Dr. Cozby and his assistant immediately put me at ease. Friendly, engaging conversation accompanied the necessary prep work. It was like an afternoon visit with old friends! In the end, he created a perfectly matched and fitted crown and made some corrections to the adjoining tooth. In my book, a perfect job done in record time! I am grateful to have this team as members of my healthcare support. Thank you for what turned out to be an enjoyable visit and a great new smile!

Dr Cozby will apparently only accept State insurance for children under 14 because 16 year old children are so less important to you. Way to support the community Doc. Shameful!

Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I had reservations about coming to a dentist in the "KC Corral", but they are great!
