Very rude and lack professionalism. One visit dentist and assistant were cracking jokes about me while performing extraction. Second visit dentist extracted two molars then told me the dressing costs $275 not covered by insurance and left gaping bleeding hole in my guns

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, patients BE AWARE, the staff is very rude, I could hear the DR talking about me to the receptionist then she wanted to apologize.......... They don't want you to ask questions, This place is very unprofessional and I'm a medical assistant so I know........ They don't care about the patients and they discomfort...... This place is very runned down,instead of being rude they should focus on fixing up the place for the patients.......This place need to be shut down asap........

BEWARE: This office will waste your time. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30am and arrived at 11:25 with no other patients in the office. The staff played games and took a patient who walked in a after me while I was waiting for the doctor to do my cleaning. I sat there for about 30 minutes before deciding to leave which is when I realized the doctor was working with the other patient who walked in after me in another room. I guess they did me a favor revealing all those red flags, because to even think of that doctor touching my mouth makes my stomach turn They are very unprofessional and the establishment is in poor condition. Very dusty and dirty. Would not recommend

Really great place with friendly staff. I went in for a cleaning and a root canal. Dr. Benlevi kept me calm and talked me through the procedure; he's a very personable and knowledgeable practitioner. Made the whole thing painless and quick, despite my nervousness. I was there for maybe half an hour at most. Only thing is the location itself is a little haphazard and is in need of some redecoration, but it doesn't take away from the excellent quality of service the staff provides.

I called to make an appointment for my daughter and was given a date and time. The day of the appointment we went and was told that we do not have an appointment and that we didn't make one. I said yes, I did and show her the card that the clinic sent me as a reminder with the date and time of the appointment, she then said to me that I never call and that she would remember because she doesn't make those type of mistakes and try to put the blame on me, she then ask if I'd like to make an appointment, in which I said no thank you! We never went back.

Saw Dr. Benlevi. Nice, professional, funny (put me at ease). Cleaning and x-rays didn't hurt, I usually have very sensitive teeth. They recommended an antibiotic that wasn't covered by my insurance. I went home and did some research. Not going to follow through because it's expensive. Aside from pushing that, had a good experience.

Very professional. Although they were closed to the public they allowed me to wait indoors for my ride. THANKS TO THE SEC WHO WORKED UNTIL 6PM 11/19/20 and allowed me the old lady to stay warm

Total Dentistry was the worst dental experience of my life! The dentis was unclear in his explainations of procedures. When I ask the dentist questions about procedures the dentist had hissy fits. Tolal put in two inplants , they fell competely out. I complain about the inplants being too high, my comlaints were not addressed.. Subcequenly this situation effected another inplant and it fell out. I dread the days I WENT THERE!

The office manager will charge for procedures covwred by your insurance. Check with your insurance before you pay him anything. I called the insurance and they told me I should not have been charged, and that this office manager and this office is already been investigated

Place is runned down, staff is rude and the waiting time for the Dentist to attend to you is more than 1 hour. This is an extremely unorganized facility. It was only me and one more patient in the waiting area and it took me 2.5 hrs to get out of there. Extremely unprofessional environment. Also it's the Covid Pandemic and the receptionist was not wearing a mask at all.
