I came here on referral from a friend and I'm so glad I did. I'm usually pretty terrified of needles and I'm used to just seeing dentists that aren't very receptive to sensitivity. I don't know how she did it but Dr. Pinkatz gave me a cleaning, fixed cavities, did a bunch of drilling and added caps without me bugging out. I'm not going to exaggerate and say visiting any dentist is 'awesome' :p - but she made my teeth look great and I didn't walk out gripping my jaw in pain. For that, I am very grateful and now a permanent client. She's definitely has one of the better dental firms in Queens, NYC. Thanks doc!

Amazing dentist! I had a very good experience. The office is very clean and follows strict covid restrictions. The staff is very kind and is willing to help accommodate for your needs. Dr.Bella is very professional and I am more then happy with my teeth! Would recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking for a dentist.

Just got done having my permanent crown put in, Dr. Pinkatz and her staff were amazing the whole way through this process. After my first visit where I described how I chipped my tooth and needed a crown to her examination, I had a clear plan of what needed to be done to get me back my smile. I have an aversion to dentists since I was young but Dr. Pinkatz has been the first one in a very long time to make me feel comfortable in the dentist chair. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for a dentist that will make you feel comfortable and make your teeth look great.

Three years ago I had an emergency as I broke my tooth, so I called Kew Gardens Dental and they told me to come in right away. Dr. Bella Pinkatz treated me that day, I did not have to wait as they prioritized me and my emergency. Office staff was very friendly and professional. They quickly helped me and I was able to get a new tooth. The office is very clean and nice. Dr. Pinkatz was professional with me at all times and explained everything step by step. I get scared of any pain so she took special care of ensuring that I am well aware of her steps. Now I am a regular customer there, been going there for years now. It's always easy and quick to schedule an appointment and I never have to wait for my turn. Kew Gardens Dental office is like a family, always pleasure to come back. I feel always very welcomed there. If you are looking for a professional and good dentist, then I highly recommend this place.Great place! Staff is very professional and friendly. I always like that Dr. Bella explains everything in detail to patients.

Super unprofessional staff. I don't know who left good reviews for this place but it is terrible. The receptionist didn't even acknowledge me, I had to tell her I was there for an appointment. She tried to sale pitch me and got offended when I didn't want to pay for additional services. I paid my co-pay, got a receipt and sat for 45 mins and no one acknowledged me. They just kept conversing and doing their own thing. There was no one waiting. I finally got fed up, asked for my co-pay (this is when the receptionist told me someone would be with me shortly but I told her I wasn't interested) and left. The doctor, Bella, who was conversing with the receptionist, asked the receptionist what the problem was instead of asking ME. I've contacted my insurance company to see if they can remove them from the list of services.
