I am a new customer, and this is my first time I visit this dental. Dr.Tom is super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The nurse that takes care of general teeth cleaning is also very good. Giving a visit to this dental office is worth a try.

Dr. Tom knows his stuff. I went in for an adjustment of an oral device originally provided by a not so great dentist. Dr. Tom knew all about the device, the manufacturer, the providing entities and the real reason to get it right-quality sleep. He communicates well and covered all the details.

I can't do 0 stars, so let me paraphrase my nightmare. I moved to this area recently and want to find a good dentist near my home. So I found Kevin Tom, DDs on 359 El Camino San Bruno. After clean my teeth , he said that I have two cavity that need to do filling and ask me to make an appointment. I heard some bad comments from his teeth cleaning lady that he is very mean to his employee while I was doing teeth cleaning. I asked Kevin how much my two teeth fillings will cost. He didn't tell me. I have been calling three time within a month try to find out the price and he won't tell me until last minute of my appointment. I was charged a cancelation fee for my appointment. I need to pay $600 for two fillings. Then he said it is too late to cancel the appointment. I think it is a rip off so I cancel the appointment . After that he keeps sending me bill of $300.00 and plus insurance charge. Later I went to another dentist and he said these two teeth are fine. You don't have to do anything. He is just lying to you and try to get business from you. This Is the worst dishonest dentist I have ever seen. He keeps sending me the bill which is not my fault on my side. Don't go to this guy if you value your time and health.

Dr. Tom is simply the best. He is kind and caring. He explains what the X-rays show, treatment options and recommended plans. He is always looking for what is best for the patient. We are so blessed to have him as our dentist. I can't recommend him enough. The office staff is so helpful and caring. It's such a great team. Dr. Tom also did Invisalign on our teeth and we are thrilled with the results thanks Dr Tom and team for everything!

Dr. Tom met me at where I was at. My level of care that I needed. I have always had a fear of dentist. Dr. Tom makes you feel relaxed and you're in good hands. I'm glad I found a great dentist.

Laila the hygienist was amazing. Did a fantastic job, painless but so thorough. Dr Tom is amazing and cares about covid precautions and everyone's safety. I've been going for 7 yrs now and it's been fantastic. Definitely suggest him to friends when they ever ask about dentists.
