Dr. Shively is most passionate about building lifelong relationships with his patients and their families. A defining moment in Dr. Shivelys childhood was when he had a bad accident while riding his bike, chipping his front tooth and embedding the lost piece into his lower lip. Naturally, this was after the dentists office had closed for the day, not to mention the night before picture day at school. Thankfully, his familys dentist rushed back to the dental office, was very reassuring, and calmly and coolly put him back together. After that point, the idea of dentistry started to appeal to Dr. Shively and the rest is history!

Dr. Shively completed his dental doctorate at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He also completed an intense, one-year advanced externship following graduation, where he focused on oral surgery, gum surgery, root canals, and other advanced topics. Currently, he has taken over 600 hours of continuing education and is currently finishing up training at the world-renowned Dawson Academy.

Dr. Shively and his wife Camellia have two wonderful children together named Natalie and Isabel. He has plenty of hobbies that keep him busy when he isnt caring for teeth, including play video games, riding roller coasters (the bigger and scarier, the better), playing basketball/football, watching Louisville and Texas Tech sports, listening to music, working on his yard, going to the shooting range, traveling, and tackling DIY home projects of all shapes and sizes! Hes very passionate about using his hands to create and build things in particular, from Lego sets to playground equipment for his kids.

As our dedicated office manager, Christina loves being able to help patients through their dental care experience, whether by explaining their finances clearly and concisely or simply easing their minds while enhancing their smiles. She loves the variety that each day, new patient, and unique case brings! Originally from Hudson, NC, she is a proud member of the American Association of Dental Office Management.

Outside of work, Christina and her husband have two children named Ella and Hudson, two dogs named Diesel and Fisher, and a cat named Leo. As for hobbies, she enjoys getting up at 4:30am every weekday to exercise, hiking, exploring new cities, cooking, gardening, and making it back to the beach in North Carolina as often as possible. She also regularly works alongside her husband (the pastor) at their church!

Desiree may be relatively new to our dental office, but shes been working in the dental field for a full decade now. Originally from Albuquerque, NM, she studied at PIMA Medical Institute. Today, what she enjoys most about her role is being part of giving someone back their smile!

Desiree and her fianc Joseph have three children named Julian, Selah, and Evony. They moved to Lubbock in October of 2020 and already love it here! As for hobbies, she enjoys taking the familys boat out on the lake, camping, keeping up with fitness, and hanging out with loved ones. She also likes doing runs, including the Tough Mudder, a 10 mile trek with obstacle courses and LOTS of mud, which she completed in 2017.

Regan is originally from Weatherford and attended the dental hygiene program at Texas A&M. Today, she loves being able to build relationships with our patients while also helping them feel more comfortable here at the dentists office!

Away from work, Regans family is her biggest support system. She spends her free time cooking (especially new recipes Italian food is her favorite!), watching new shows with her husband, taking regular trips to Possum Kingdom Lake, hunting, and snowboarding in the winter.
