The staff are always cheerful and happy to see you. They really cater to their patients and since I have sensitive gums and teeth that means a lot to me. Never a long wait either.

Let me preface this by saying that I am a huge baby when it comes to visiting a dentist. All of my past experiences resulted in negative experiences and caused me to avoid going to a dentist until the pain was unbearable. And, once there, I was a maniac. My last experience was so bad (the dentist was quite brutal) that the mentioned dentist told me to stop yelling out loud in pain because I was scaring the kids waiting out in the lobby. I would also request that a bucket be present due to my propensity to get physically sick. This past weekend (October 27th-28th, 18), I was suffering from a toothache that was so extreme that it even caused my left ear to ache. Deciding to bite the bullet, I scheduled an appointment with Resh Family Dentistry based upon comments posted on Facebook about Dr. Kevin's ability to painless administer shots of novocaine. That was all I needed to read and so scheduled the appointment. The staff at Resh Family Dentistry was wonderful as well. The tech, Gina, was so wonderful in calming me down and Dr. Kevin truly lived up to the posts. I did not feel a thing which was probably the first time I ever experienced this. The tooth did have to come out and Dr. Kevin did not try any "heroics" in saving the thing but was upfront and honest that it needed to come out. Other than the pressure that one must expect as well as the odd noises, the extraction was absolutely painless. This experience has totally changed my outlook on dentists and I will most likely schedule regular visits with Dr. Kevin. Thanks again, Dr, Kevin and Gina!
