I saw the Periodintist , Pham on 21 Jan 2022 for my lower right tooth pain. Pat, manager wanted take more x rays, left and right sides. Then now I have to pay more than I should . Please focus on the problem. Please Don't make money on these thing. I am dental assistant assistant.

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Shea's for many years, going back to 2013. He is an outstanding, highly skilled periodontist, from whom I have benefited greatly, through several grafting procedures to bolster areas of recession along my gum line. For preventative dental maintenance, Nora is my dental hygienist, and her attention to detail and expertise is consistent with the superb attentiveness and skill of Dr. O'Shea. I highly recommend Dr O'Shea and his staff for your periodontal care needs.

Dr Oshea is capable of good work. I had an implant here and while the Dr was capable, he is not a people person and actually got angry with me when I asked him to help me problem solve a situation with the implant. He seems to be impatient and impulse control issues with his inability to handle a patient who wants to get some answers instead of being brushed off. Dr Oshea and staff was a very bad experience for me. The office itself is very old and drab. The staff is not friendly and seem to all be operating under a "you be nice to me first" mind set. We come to you in pain...... so sorry if we are not all chirpy and happy to suit your needs. Some of us are very ill by the time we get to your office. Compassion seems to be missing from this equation.
