Dr. Leske graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1975. He has a special interest in holistic healing and nutrition. He has studied extensively around the country and in Canada on kinesiology, nutrition, homeopathy, acupuncture and alternative medicine. Dr. Leske also had the honor of mentoring for many years on TMJ and facial pain management with Dr. Robert Risk, a TMJ specialist and professor at the University of Detroit Dental School. Dr. Leske uses this vast knowledge to connect optimum dental health and total body wellness.
This quest for knowledge has led to a discovery of a unique approach to healthy sleep and breathing. 'The ultimate goal of my practice is to help patients live a healthier life by starting with a healthy mouth and allowing the body to get the ideal amount of oxygen so they can breathe better, sleep better and live better.
Dr. Austin Leske, of Rochester, Michigan, is a graduate of Brother Rice High School and the University of Michigan, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Following in his fathers footsteps, he pursued a career in dentistry and attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where he was awarded a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Leske was ranked among the top of his graduating class and was the recipient of honors and awards from many organizations, such as the American Dental Association Foundation, the Michigan Dental Association Foundation, and the Oral Health Foundation of the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He is also a member of the Delta Sigma Delta International Dental Fraternity.
Dr. Leske has practiced in dental clinics throughout the state of Michigan, as well as in Haiti and at a special needs camp in the Upper Peninsula. Experienced in effectively managing and treating dental patients of all kinds, Dr. Leske considers each patient holistically and recognizes the essential links between oral and overall health when planning and delivering care. A compassionate and committed individual, Dr. Leske has a drive to serve and a thirst for knowledge and is particularly interested in leading-edge dental technology and techniques. In his spare time, Dr. Leske enjoys golf, hockey, billiards, hiking, biking, snowboarding and traveling.

The Dental Hygienist did a great job - even giving me crackers from their holiday basket to help me settle my empty stomach when I had to take Amoxicillin for preventing issues with a recent joint replacement surgery. The Dentist is awesome too. She talks you through every action she is taking to make sure you are prepared for what is happening. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office!

We switched dentist 2 years ago after moving. Have been very pleased with my visits so far. Probably the best dental practice I have experience in my many years of age (60's).

Dr. Brittnay answered all my questions and helped me understand everything I needed to know. Also the dental assistant Melanie was really nice and helpful through the processes as well. Would recommend! I'm already seeing results on my bleaching process!

The hygienist did an amazing job on my teeth cleaning. The office staff was extremely friendly. I don't have dental insurance but was offered a discount on a "friend recommendation". My dentist recently retired so I was glad to be welcomed to this practice.

Been going to Dr. Schierlinger for over 20 years. Awesome doctor, very gentle and listens to you. Also has a wicked sense of humor!! Today I had his daughter, Dr. Brittany. I think I'm going to like her. Office staff also very accommodating and very friendly
