Gretchen has worked at our practice since 1998. Along with her role as our office manager, she is the financial coordinator also. Gretchens strength is working alongside our patients helping them to understand their recommended treatment plans, insurance policies, account questions and financial options.
When asked what she enjoys most working at our office, she said, I love the family atmosphere. My co-workers are like family to me. I am also so blessed to count so many of our patients through the years as friends. In Gretchens spare time, if she is not out with her family or friends, she is either traveling or working on DIY projects on her house. She also enjoys reading, creating new jewelry pieces, and cooking!
Tonya has been a dental hygienist here at Dr. Caldwells office since 2011. The impact of the 2011 tornado caused an influx of patients that required the office to expand. She first started out part-time but is now working full-time as the practice continues to grow. Tonya also helps Dr. Caldwell with the orthodontic patients when she is not working with her hygiene patients. She acquired this ability from her previous years of dental assisting experience before going to college at MSSU to obtain her license as a registered dental hygienist. Tonya has been working in the dental field since 1987, so she brings many years of experience to the field.
Tonya loves being a part of our family-oriented practice, but when she is not working, she likes to spend time with her family. She has been happily married to her husband, Martin, since 1990. She states, love, commitment, flexibility and putting God in the center works for us! Tonya has two children, Austin and Emily. They both are grown and working on their careers. She is also the proud grandma to two cute fur babies, Loki and Athena.
Jayme graduated from Webb City High School in 1994 and continued her education at MSSU, where she obtained an Associates of Science degree in dental hygiene in 2003. Jayme has practiced dental hygiene since graduation in 2003 and has been employed with Dr. Caldwell since that time. Jayme said, I love the field of dental hygiene and find it to be a very rewarding career, especially in my hometown.
Jayme and her husband, Jeff, who have been married since 1997 have two children, a son, Trevor and daughter, Ripley. Jayme loves spending time with her family going to the lake and enjoying the outdoors. In her spare time, she enjoys true crime documentaries.
Bridget has been a part of Dr. Caldwells team since 2016, but originally comes from California where she has been a registered dental assistant since 1997. Bridget and her husband, Nathan, live in Webb City and have two Chiweenies named Sophia and Millie. In her free time, she enjoys doing CrossFit, run 5Ks, donate blood, and do volunteer work.
When asked what she enjoys most about working with Dr. Caldwell she says, how the Dr. creates a fun and positive work environment. Listening to old Rock and Roll throughout the day isnt too bad either.
Brecklyn has been a part of our team since 2019. She came to us ready to take on a new role in her career. As the front office assistant and social media manger she takes pride in interacting with our patients and making sure all dental needs are met. When asked her favorite part of her job, she said I enjoy getting to know all of our patients and help ensure we make their visit as enjoyable as possible. My work family is just a bonus!
She is a Carthage native, and graduate from CHS, where her and her husband, Alex, were high school sweethearts. She earned her bachelors degree from Pittsburg State University in 2012 and got married the following year. They have one beautiful daughter, Nolee Jane, who is their firecracker baby, born July 4, 2017. She is their absolute pride and joy, who loves to dance. Nolee is their whole world! Brecklyn said in her spare time she loves spending weekends hanging with their family, play dates with friends, taking family vacations, or shopping with her girlfriends!
Dr. Caldwell was raised in Southwest Missouri and graduated from Webb City High School in 1974, he then attended MSSC, now known as MSSU, to earn his Bachelor of Science degree. After graduating from MSSC he furthered his education, where he graduated in 1983 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at UMKC in Kansas City, MO. In every year since graduation, Dr. Caldwell has gone above and beyond the regular required hours to continue his education. Dr. Caldwell stated, It is very important for our practice to stay on top of the latest development in dentistry.

Dr. Caldwell has been happily married to his wife, Cindy, since 1979. They have three grown children, two daughters and one son, who are all working in their careers as well. They have two sons-in-law and five beautiful grandchildren. In his spare time, Dr. Caldwell loves playing with his grandchildren, fishing, boating, hunting, target shooting, and watching movies with his family as well as traveling.
