Dr. Kevin Postol wanted to be a dentist as long as he can remember. His childhood dentist once told him that dentistry is as much about the relationship between the dentist and patient as the procedure. This aspect of being able to change peoples lives and have that personal relationship with them allows Dr. Postol to feel, even after 24 years of being a dentist, he is still living his dream! He continues to live by his philosophy that patients deserve to be treated by a well-trained professional who treats them like family!

A St. Louis native, Dr. Postol graduated from St. John Vianney high school and went on to achieve his B.S. in mathematics from Creighton University before pursuing his D.D.S. from University of Missouri Kansas City. He completed a general residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics where he obtained postgraduate hospital training in multiple areas. Prior to starting his own practice in Ballwin in 1995, he worked as an associate at several practices around the St. Louis area.

Dr. Postol is committed to continuous learning in new dental developments and practices by taking extensive training in a variety of subjects, including techniques on dental implants, gum rejuvenation, dentures, lasers in dentistry and relaxation dentistry for those patients who have fear of the dentist. As one of only six Diplomates in the state of Missouri and one of 325 Diplomates worldwide, he is honored to have received his Diplomat status from the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine for the treatment of sleep apnea. His commitment to constant improvement is noticeable by the technology in the office.

Dr. Postol is a respected member of the dental community belonging to the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, the Greater St. Louis Dental Society, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine as well as serving on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He has spoken locally as well as at the national level on sleep apnea and endodontics.

Dr. Postol has been active in the community and donates his time and skills with Give Kids a Smile and Missouri Mission of Mercy. He holds free dental days at his office in Ballwin including an annual Veteran's Day event.

Dr. Postol and his wife, Belinda, have three beautiful children, Alex, Elise, and Andrew. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, golfing, boating, and following the Cardinals and his college basketball team, the Creighton Bluejays! He also works on perfecting his BBQ, much to the delight of his staff and family.

With over 30 years of dental experience including 2 years in dental assisting school where she achieved her Expanded Functions certificate, she has a wealth of dental knowledge and is always willing to go the extra mile to make our patients feel welcomed and well informed.

In her free time, Robin is very active in local organizations and charities, including the Mercy Foundation, Mercy Dental Clinic, St. Jude, the Girl Scouts and Give Kids a Smile. When she's not making the practice run smoothly, Robin is spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their family going to the zoo and Grant's Farm when she can. She says her ideal year of leisure would include traveling to the Western US with her husband.

Kay has over 20 years of experience in the field of dentistry, which started with her Expanded Functions certificate in dental assisting. She has worked with Dr. Postol for the last four years. Interacting with both her co-workers and patients is Kay's favorite part of her job and she is proud to be a part of a dental practice that makes patient care and education a priority.

Kay and her husband of 20 years, Bill, have three daughters and a dog. Being involved in her family's activities and sports brings Kay much joy. In the past, Kay has volunteered for a variety of charitable organizations through her parish and continues giving back by volunteering for Give Kids a Smile and Missouri Mission of Mercy (MOMOM). One day if given the opportunity, Kay would like to take part in mission trips to help people in less fortunate countries and travel for fun.

Delva assists Dr. Postol with all dental procedures, sleep apnea treatment and is the office OSHA compliance officer keeping the office in compliance and up to date with all OSHA regulations. With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, she has expertise in every area of dentistry but it 's not just her experience that make patient feel at ease it 's her outgoing, warm personality and her willingness to answer any questions that help keep patients relaxed during their treatment. Delva and Dr. Postol can almost 'finish each other 's sentences', having worked together for the last 13 years!

A Kansas City native transplanted to Lake St. Louis, Delva loves helping people and finds the dental office to be a great place to use her strengths. She says that she remembers her visits to the dentist as a child as a pleasant experience and feels people shouldn't ever have to be ashamed of their teeth.

When she's away from work, Delva enjoys spending time at home with her husband Sean and their two sons. While she would love to RV across the country, she's really a homebody that enjoys curling up with a book or volunteering at church.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, Samantha collects medical and dental histories from patients, educates them on proper oral health care, updates patient charts, takes x-rays, and sterilizes instruments. She says the best part of her job is getting to interact with patients: I'm compassionate and a good listener! she says.

Samantha grew up in St. Genevieve, MO. She graduated with an Associate of Science degree from both Jefferson College and STLCC Forest Park, and is currently finishing her Bachelors in Healthcare Management. I always wanted to work in healthcare, and leaned towards dental because its more flexible and I wanted to have a family, she says. I love being a part of the team here as soon as I started, I felt at home, and I made strong friendships very fast.

Samantha now lives in St. Clair, MO, with her children, Jaxon and Jordyn, and says she likes spending time outdoors with them, camping, hiking, and fishing. She dreams of travelling the 50 states and then the world, road tripping with her boyfriend, children, and parents. Samantha supports the American Red Cross and Give Kids a Smile.

As our Sleep Apnea Treatment Coordinator, Caiti works closely with sleep dentistry patients from all around the greater St. Louis area to facilitate their treatment. As our Marketing Specialist she works side by side with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotions, giveaways, and social media activity. Caiti is also responsible for the coordination of sleep patient care, from making sure they have the best resources to ensure optimal results from their oral appliance therapy to arranging the delivery of their appliances and completing medical billing.

Caiti graduated college with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a minor in business. She says, After graduating, I wanted to get my foot in the door in an administrative role. I didnt choose dentistry; it chose me! Caiti says her role grew and expanded, and she developed a passion for sleep apnea treatment. Sleep plays such a vital role, and affects so many aspects of life!

Caiti says seeing patients achieving a good nights sleep is the best part of her job - next to the fact that the practice is like a family. Its not just a job for us. We will truly do anything we can to help our patients! Caiti has her own family to come home to when her days work is done; shes been happily married to her high school sweetheart for seven years, and the couple has four beautiful children. They love going to the river, camping, and otherwise exploring the wonderful outdoors.

Belinda is a Registered Nurse but has been involved in Dr. Postol's practice since he opened the doors in 1995. As the business manager, she is involved with all aspects of the practice. She is intricately involved with the sleep practice, handling the insurance and communicating with the sleep physicians. Belinda has trained with dental sleep physicians around the country and brings both a thorough knowledge of obstructive sleep apnea and her medical background into play when negotiating with insurance companies on behalf of patients!

As Director of Operations for the Sleep Disorder side of the practice, Belinda feels passionate about helping patients reclaim their life with a good nights sleep and finds patients underestimate the value of sleep in their overall wellbeing and health. Being able to work in a field where dentistry and medicine overlap is a perfect fit for her.

In addition to working at our practice, Belinda continues to work at Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center. When she has spare time, Belinda enjoys boating on Tablerock Lake with her family, baking and traveling.
