Dr. Kevin Utley completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Memphis, receiving his Bachelor's Degree in 1986. Dr. Utley earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Degree in 1990, and earned his Master's Degree in Orthodontics in 1993, from the University of Tennessee. As a Board Certified Orthodontist, Dr. Utley began his practice in Cordova, TN, in 1993. Dr. Utley maintains active memberships in many national, state, and local dental organizations. He is continuously striving to offer the latest technology and orthodontic techniques to his patients by attending educational courses and classes. Dr. Utley and wife Lisa have two daughters. The Utley family are members of Independent Presbyterian Church.

Each team member engages in special training to make sure you receive the most advanced care available. Dr. Utley's staff loves what they do! The service that I continue to receive from both Dr. Utley and his staff is unprecedented! Recently, I was in for a routine visit and I was having a REALLY rough day. Before we addressed my teeth, the staff went over and beyond to ensure that I was ok and felt comfortable and Dr. Utley greeted me with warm words of comfort. I'm so thankful and grateful for Dr. Utley and his staff! They are a true blessing to my family and I!

I visited two orthodontists' offices before meeting Dr. Utley and his great staff. When I called to make my appointment, I told Jessica my issue with the other offices--it'd been six months and they hadn't called me back; Jessica looked up my insurance and told me the expected fees. On the day of my appointment, she submitted an estimate claim to my insurance company before I left the office. She called me the day my insurance claim was processed and scheduled my appointment. Dr. Utley discussed all of the options and emailed my information to the periodontist to place a TAD. They have not wasted any time getting my treatment started. I'm glad the other offices didn't follow up with my treatment so I could choose Dr. Utley and his staff!

Dr. Utley recently placed a permanent retainer on my upper teeth as a solution for a stubborn gap. I couldn't be more pleased with my results. He was patient and answered all of my questions regarding the procedure. Thanks Dr. Utley for your professionalism and attention to detail.

Dr. Utley & staff are always so friendly and professional. We did our research with several offices before choosing Dr. Utley for our son's orthodontic care, and are so happy with our decision! It's been a year & our son's smile is looking amazing!

Best experience ever. Dr. Utley and his entire staff are awesome. They are always professional and friendly. My son went in with crooked & spaced teeth. Today the hardware was removed and now we have beautiful & straight pearly whites.

Dr. Utley is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and his staff is extremely courteous. I had terrible TMJ (large nighttime retainers, frequent popping, pain, headaches, frequent visits to a PT that had extensive training in dealing with TMJ patients) and was recommended to Dr. Utley by Dr. Blumenthal. My only regret is not seeing Dr. Utley sooner. I was shocked that the Invisalign (properly done by a trained orthodonist- I have heard too many horror stories from friends that had this done by a regular dentist) could create the movement I required for proper alignment. No more headaches, PT required. I do have occasional popping but I fear this is likely from me prolonging the journey to proper bite alignment. Also, huge plus....Dr. Utley runs on time!

5 stars is not enough to describe the outstanding experience I had with Dr. Utley and staff. He did an extraordinary job with my son's teeth and the results were amazing so I had mine's done as well and the results were superb. I would recommend everyone and anyone whom is looking for an orthodontist to Dr. Utley. If my daughter needs braces, she'll most definitely be at Dr. Utley's! I am very grateful, 5-star service AND 5-star customer service is hard to find these days.

Dr. Utley has the best staff and they are all so caring and kind. The staff and Dr. Utley truly care about your smile and they always have positive attitudes and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist this is definitely the place to go!!

love everything about this place! Staff is great. Dr Utley is so kind and happy. We never have a wait. Apt reminder calls for each visit. This is my second child with braces and I wish I had known about him with my first child. I would highly recommend to anyone I know!
