Kevin Alperstein graduated from the University of Calgary in 1985 with aBachelor of Science degree and in 1989 received his Doctor of DentalSurgery from Northwestern University. He has practiced in Belvidere forover 20 years and has taught at Midwestern University College of DentalMedicine. Kevin and his wife, Sandy, have four children (and two dogs) and enjoy participating in many family-oriented activities.
Binh Dinh graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Masters inComputer Science. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery fromUniversity of Illinois Chicago in 2012. In his spare time he enjoysplaying tennis, swimming and traveling.
Tonya graduated from College of Lake County in 2007 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She previously worked in Crystal Lake, IL for 8 years before joining Dr. Alpersteins practice in early 2015. She enjoys educating patients on the importance of good dental home care to maintain good oral and systemic health. Tonya strives to provide her patients with a friendly, positive and pain-free dental experience.

My previous dentist retired and it was difficult to make a change, but I feel confident I made the right decision. The office staff is very friendly, professional, and thorough . Of course, I appreciate they were concerned about my comfort too! :)

great dentist. Does not try to over charge or do extra work that's not needed. Before I saw him I was told I had three cavities and needed more work done. I got a second opinion with him and have been with him since and have not had any issues or needed work done and its been years.Hes very kind and very honest. We love going here. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have said this before, and I will say this again... Dr. Alperstein and his staff are simply THE BEST!! They genuinely care for the well-being of their patients. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Alperstein or any of his technicians. Of course, I have my favorite. Lucia is fantastic! She always asks me if I am comfortable and doing okay. I am SO GLAD I found him and that my insurance is accepted by his office. Dr. Alperstein listens if I have questions and makes sure his answer is clearly understood before leaving his office. I hope Dr. Alperstein and his staff stay around for many, many years to come. It would be a great loss if he were to leave. Melissa answers the phones in such an upbeat manner and is very professional. She does her best in scheduling appointments, even in these tough times. I would recommend any and everyone to him and his practice. The passion he shows in doing what he does best illuminates during every visit. THANK YOU DR. ALPERSTEIN!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Alperstein for quite awhile now...i used to have extreme anxiety about getting my teeth worked on and my sister and brother in law recommended Dr.Alperstein. I am so glad they did! He is very aware of your needs as a patient and is very calm and makes sure you are comfortable. I have never had any issues with him and i keep going back. 5 stars for sure!!

My experience with Dr. Alperstein had been very pleasant. He is always very professional. He always answers my questions, and explains thoroughly what treatment he is going to provide. My wife and I are very happy with our choice to switch to Dr. Alperstein. We didn't dislike our previous dentist but felt like cattle in an overcrowded waiting room. Dr. Alperstein's co-workers are very good as well. Their overall customer service is excellent.

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Alperstein. It was delightful. I thought I'd lost a filling, but it turned out the molar broke on the side. He "filled" it and recommended a crown. More importantly, he asked questions, gave great explanations, and very personable. So happy I found him!!

Dr. Alperstein is a wonderful and caring doctor. I would give him 6 stars if I could. I grind my teeth at night. He made a great night guard which is just used for the bottom teeth so you do not gag. It lasted 8 years and now he is making another night guard for me. The night guards on-line do not last very long and cannot be adjusted. Dr. Alperstein can adjust his night guards. I strongly recommend his night guards so people do not wear down their teeth.

They explain everything to me and always take the time to answer my questions. They are thorough and do a great job every time. Their office was also extremely clean. Wonderful Dentist & wonderful staff! I had a emergency and starting with Melissa (schedule's appointments,) they were booked for the day but she was able to work me in. Doctor stayed past closing along with his assistant Lisa to accommodate me. Very warm & friendly staff!! I highly recommend them!! A HUGE thanks to all!!
