Great experience considering it was a root canal. I have had horrible experiences in the past with other drs. Dr O'Neal & his assistant were wonderful. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I had a root canal done yesterday by Dr O'Neill and the experience all around was phenomenal!! Everyone in the office was super nice and personable. I have zero pain after the procedure. Dr O'Neill knows his stuff while also having care and compassion for his patients! I would recommend him hands down over and over!

Absolutely terrible! Had an appointment today, had to wait outside in the single digit weather for 20 minutes, then finally went inside and they told my husband and 3 year old that they had to wait outside or out of their office in the cold. I will never recommend to anyone!

I waited a month for an appointment for my root canal. On the day before the root canal they called me and told me I was expected to bring them $1,300, that they wouldn't bill my insurance, that they wouldn't accept a Care Credit card. I'm still in pain and now I have to wait two more weeks and drive to Lawrence to get a root canal. This office doesn't care if you are in pain, they only care about money.
