Our first visit was fantastic! The front desk, dental assistant and Dr. Kerber were all amazing! My children 5 &9 went back by themselves and came out telling me everyone was so nice! Everything explained in detail and in an easy to understand manner. I am very pleased at the services and procedures offered and in place in the event treatment is needed. We left and I was immediately referring people to the practice!

The dental hygienist was great with our children. She was kind, patient, and explained everything to them before she did anything. Dr Kerber, however, interacted with them for less than 10 minutes but was not kind or patient with one of my children. When he was nervous and said he didn't like the way something felt and was resistant to it and started to fuss, she shamed him by saying he was too old for this and told him to stop making noise. When asked earlier about his medical history, I mentioned to the hygienist that he was neurodiverse and had sensory issues. It seems she kept that in mind when working with him but it was not considered at all when Dr. Kerber interacted with him. We've gone there for a few years but will not be returning. Many children are nervous and don't like going to the dentist. The experience he had today just reinforced his aversion to going instead of helping him form a positive association with visiting the dentist. If I could rate the experience based solely on the hygienist, then I'd give five stars but I can't. We will be finding a different provider.

If I can give this practice a zero star I would. I have a son who is special needs and autistic. The staff were kind and patient with him, but Dr. Kerber was extremely rude and forceful towards my son. She was impatient and wanted to me to physically restraint my son, how is this suppose to set a good experience for a special needs child? My son began to cry and all she did was raise her voice and become hostile towards me. I will not be bringing him back to a place that cannot handle children with special needs.

The entire staff was kind and courteous and explained things well. The whole office was very kid friendly. I like Ed the flow of the appointment. And the professionalism.

My kids love it here! My 3 yr old did not want to leave after his first appointment! They have a television with movies and plenty of toys, stuffed animals, coloring and games in their "big kid" treatment room designed to be cozy, comforting and inviting for big and little kids alike! They also have plenty of toys and some online games in the waiting room. Most of the staff is super helpful though I found the office manager "Roy" to be condescending and rude. Nonetheless, the rest of this operation makes up for that. Hopefully you won't have to deal with him. The dental assistants and hygienists make it fun for the kids. Dr. Kerber is awesome! She is enthusiastic with the kids. She is happy to answer any questions and even showed me some neat things to look for in my 6 yr old's mouth as his jaw expands to make room for his permanent teeth! This is a great dental office for children!

This is the best dentist I have ever come across. They are the most compassionate, kind people. I have never come across a staff of people so passionate about what they do. 10/10 recommend!

I cannot think of any better place to take my 3 yr old daughter! I feel they did everything to prepare her for what the exam from Dr Kerber would be like. They treated us with kindness and respect and educated us in the process. I will be referring all my friends and family!

With COVID I just got around to getting my 5 year old to the dentist for the first time. I had trouble with requesting an appointment online, but as soon as I just made a phone call, everything was smooth from there. The online forms were convenient, the reminders were helpful and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. The woman who cleaned my son's teeth was SO good with him and he did great with her prompting and friendly personality. Dr. Kerber was just the same. I would highly recommend them.

We have had 2 visits with Kerber with our son. He was 2 for his first visit and 3 for his second. And they were just amazing with him. They were Patient with him.

We absolutely love it here. Everyone is so helpful, kind and caring. We have a wonderful experience every time we visit. I always recommend them to friends and family who are looking for a pediatric dentist!

I was so apprehensive about taking my then 3 year old daughter to the dentist because she's such a cautious individual. Even trips to the pediatrician sometimes end in tears! But I cannot rave enough about Dr Kerber and her team. We've been there three times now and my daughter loves it. I was shocked by their extremely gentle easy going approach and they really did a great job breaking down the cost and specifics of a procedure my daughter ended up needing to get done. Highly highly recommend

Thoroughly impressed by Kerber Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. We just moved to Wisconsin and our boys (3&5yr) were nervous to go to a new dentist- they left asking when they can go back again! Our dental assistant, Amy, was beyond friendly, kind and fun. She made the whole experience enjoyable and far from intimidating. I also have to give a shout out to Roi- we played phone tag trying to get my dental insurance info sorted out, despite an error on my part he was completely patient and professional. What a great team!
