Dr. Kenworthy attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate education.He received his BDS and DDS degrees from the University of California at San Francisco.He then practiced general dentistry in Montana before going back to obtain three years of specialty training, an orthodontic certificate, and a Master's degree in orthodontic treatment from the Mayo Graduate School in Medicine. He now lectures toother orthodontists, teaching themhis techniques to improve the care of their patients.
Besides being familiar with current and advanced orthodontics techniques, he has published numerous articles in scientific literature including the Journal of Orofacial Pain, the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, the EuropeanJournalof Orthodontics, and the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.He has also presented his research at scientific meetings in the United States, Canada and Europe.He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists, the Montana State Orthodontic Society, the American Dental Association, and the Montana Dental Association.Also, hehas served as president of the Montana 3rd District Dental Society, the Montana State Orthodontic Society, and the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists and he has been inducted into the International College of Dentists.
On a non-scientific note, Dr. Kenworthy has published poetry, coached semi-professional baseball, written a few novels and led Boy Scout troops.Dr. Kenworthy, his wife, and their five boys enjoyhiking, four-wheeling, camping, water skiing, and travel.
Sometimes we get a little behind schedule at the office because Dr. Kenworthy sees each patientto ensure that treatment is progressing optimally. Sometimes that takes a little extra time but his goal is to help every patient receive their best smile in the shortest time possible.

While visiting Missoula from out of state my daughter had a minor orthodontic emergency. Dr Kenworthy responded to our call for help and sent his assistant to help us even though it was Sunday night on a holiday weekend. She was so kind and helpful and was able to resolve the issue and the pain. We are so grateful and recommend Dr Kenworthy's office to any locals who need an orthodontist!

Dr. Kenworthy and his staff were kind and professional. They made my nervous 8 year old comfortable and were wonderful to work with! The vibe and atmosphere of the office was fun and energetic. Highly recommend!

My dentist said Dr Kenworthy was the best Orthodontist in Missoula. I was really excited to get treated by Kenworthy but I ultimately canceled and went with another orthodontist because I got tired of contacting his office and be treated soooo rudely by the receptionist. I forgive someone for being rude a few times, but seriously...every-time I called there, rude!

My kiddo recently had braces put on by Dr. Kenworthy and his wonderful staff and we are very please. They are fast, kind, easy going, and gentle. The atmosphere in the office is pleasant as well, with a fun beach vibe. I would recommend Kenworthy Orthodontics to anyone in search of orthodontic care. It's a great establishment and everyone is so professional! 5 stars from me!

Thank you so much to Dr. Kenworthy and his office! My family is on vacation from Florida, and yesterday my son knocked one of his front braces loose. A wire was also poking into his cheek causing him pain. We called to see if they could fix it and they were able to see him right away. They reset his brace and corrected the wire so my son is as good as new. They were polite, friendly, and happy to help. What amazing customer service! Thank you again so much, you saved the day!!!
