Dr. Kwan was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He double majored at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH where he met his wife, Katie. He attended The University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor, MI for dental school (GO BLUE!) and practiced as a general dentist in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Kwan decided to continue his training by completing a two-year Endodontic residency at Indiana University School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, he practiced in a private endodontic office in Fishers, IN.
Dr. Kwan and Katie (who is originally from Milford) decided to move back to her hometown of Cincinnati after the birth of their son to be closer to family. They have two dogs Yingling is a Cockapoo and Allie is a rescue Boxer/Labrador mix. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, finding new restaurants, traveling, and working out.

I recently had a root canal performed by Dr Sullivan. First impression was a nice and beautifully decorated office. The girls at the front desk were extremely helpful and got me in sooner than expected. My root canal experience was better than I had anticipated. He was very concerned with my comfort and was just really nice. I felt he did a great job and everyone at the office was very friendly.

Awesome service, great employees. Great communication through out the process. Wish they were my primary dentist. I felt more discomfort at my normal routine cleaning then I did during root canal surgery. Wow!!! Highly recommend these guys!

I had a root canal yesterday and was a little nervous about it. Dr. Kwan and his assistant, Megan, could not have made it any easier. They were both very concerned for my comfort and kept up a pleasant banter during the whole procedure. The fish on the screen were also very calming. :) It's been about 24 hours and I have no pain. My only frustration is that I couldn't join their conversation!

Staff is all very kind. Very nice facility. Dr. Kwan made sure I was comfortable throughout entire procedure. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a root canal!

Dr Kwan is prefect! All of the staff is friendly. Everyone is very gentle. I gag a lot normally during dental visit but not here! I had my root canal here and they have television all set up for patients and I don't feel anything the whole time! Fantastic experience!

Very nice office and employees. I've never had a root canal before so of course was a little worried going in. It was not only so easy and pain free, they were also very quick. It was as simple as getting a cavity filled. Even later as the numbness wore off, I had little to no pain. 10/10 would recommend.

I was referred here for a root canal, which is about the scariest thing I can imagine. He was very reassuring and gentile, and it was a comfortable experience. It went a long way towards relaxing my fear of the dentist.

Dr Kwan and his staff were fantastic. My procedure took 2 sessions but they made it as comfortable as possible. They are all so laid back and really make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. I would definitely recommend this office!

Friendly and efficient staff. Procedure was painless and follow up phone call from call from Dr. Kwan much appreciated! As a primary medical care provider, I don't make many endodontic referrals, but may start! Very positive experience and would highly recommend this office and Dr. Kwan to any patient or referring dentist!

Dr Kwan and his staff couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. Although unfortunate I needed root canal, they couldn't have made my visit anymore painless. Recommend anyone in need of Endodontist to go see Dr Kwan. Even called me few days after treatment to check on me. What Dr does that anymore?
