I had my right upper wisdom tooth removed. It was fast and painless and the healing process was flawless. I never took any pain medication because there was no pain at all. I will come back here to get the rest removed as soon as possible.

DO NOT GO HERE. I go all the way for my appointment which is an hour drive and I took off work for them to rudely tell me that their in contract with my insurance company to take it for 21 and younger only and I can't be seen. I said I'm paying cash, my dental office already arranged it and I got out my credit card. She gives me a dirty look and said "that's Fraud". She then said you can go now and points to the Exit. I was in shock! No explanation of how it was Fraud, nothing! Very unprofessional and rude. Luckily, I was too in shock to of went off and talked to someone higher that maybe had respect and sympathy but it's doubtful... my son was in the waiting room and heard the receptionist being rude to patients that misunderstood their appointment time. I came in severe pain and abcesses looking for relief and got treated horrible instead!! I'm so Thankful I found an oral surgeons office with Respect and gave them my hard earned money instead!

I had a great experience. Dr Max removed a broken tooth that was decaying, and I had neglected too long. No procedure to pull a tooth is completely pain-free, but this one was as close to that as I've ever had. The staff are pleasant, professional, and glad to help. Dr Max explained what he would do and warned me when a numbing shot might be uncomfortable. I don't know how it's possible, but I did not need the prescribed pain killer and I haven't even needed Motrin or Tylenol afterwards so far, either.

I paid less than 400$ to have 4 wisdom teeth extracted. An amazing deal, Beyond that, these kind professionals left me with absolutely zero pain or discomfort after the surgery. I haven't felt compelled to take any pain medication because they left me in total comfort. I could not possibly give this group of people a higher recommendation.

Told me to go to my car to get my care credit info. Came back 5 minutes later and they said I missed my appointment. Also the doctor said he would not charge me twice for x-rays and he did.

I had an excellent experience. Dr. Ford was fast, efficient, and really good. Ms. Kelly was really sweet and talked me through the entire procedure. Over all I would highly recommend this place. 5 stars

Dr max and his associates are top notch professionals and do great work ! Always feel very comfortable with them . Last appointment was for 13 teeth removed . Dr Max is the best ! I would recommend kcoms to anyone needing this type of service. Thank you

Very unprofessional. Didn't relay any information to me and lead me to believe something to be true that was not. I weren't assigned a doctor or at least told who it was until the day of my appointment. Took unneeded X-rays that my dentist had already sent. The doctor came in the room and had no idea what I was there for. As far as my experience I would not recommend.

Dr. Max was the absolute best when it came to getting my extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth. He was such a generous man when I had my consult with him and answered any question that I had before the procedure was done. Thank you so much, Dr. Max!

Poor quality customer service. Over charged by $153 and proceeded to send a check to me when explicitly told that my parents had paid for it and would need the refund. Took a month to get refund regardless and only because my parents caught it in an insurance statement. Don't waste your time here.

Be careful if you set up a payment plan. They will take payments out when they want to, not when you authorized them to and they will act like it's your fault. Tried to tell me I should still have the money because they failed to process the payment. Never said I didn't have the money. I said they did not take the money out when they were supposed to and that they should have called me before randomly processing a payment. Edit: And again they did not take the money out of my account again. I called them again and they try to act like it's my fault again. NO THERE IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH MY ACCOUNT THE MONEY IS ALWAYS THERE. honestly I have more than enough to pay it of multiple times but they are the rudest bunch of people I have ever spoken to and they can figure out how to get it right or not get paid.

I was disappointed with the experience. My son had his wisdom teeth removed, and the procedure went well, however, there was no verbal teaching performed after. I was simply handed a packet, instructed to read the information, and asked if I had any questions. The tech who helped my son was not incredibly friendly and got angry with him at one point when he was waking up from his procedure. She seemed very annoyed by the whole process. It is highly unlikely that we will return. Update: I received a call from the office manager who was extremely apologetic and professional. Thank you for taking my concern seriously! I was very impressed by this follow up.

If I could give this place a zero I would. They treated me like a problem. They were super rude. Didn't even prescribe me anything for my pain, after cutting two molars out. The nurses acted like they hated there life, and just wanted to get me outta there.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth cut out (all 4). She was in and out in about 45 minutes.....that was great! But, they didn't call in her prescription until 3 1/2 hours later! Now she is crying and in horrible pain and it has taken the pharmacy another 1 1/2 hours to fill the prescription. Not a happy parent at all!!
