Dr. Li has been the lead dentist at the Kentlands Family Dentistry since August 2016. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, at the top of the 2009 class. After graduation, Dr. Li practiced general dentistry in Philadelphia and San Diego. In 2015, she moved to Maryland and has since practiced dentistry in the Rokville and North Potomac area.
Dr. Li is renowned for her experience, passion and skill in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. She strongly believes in providing the highest standards of dental care to her patients, as they should expect. Dr. Li has stayed current with the most recent advances in Dental Medicine, spending well over 200 hours each year attending continuing education courses and clinics. She is the Certified Invisalign Provider, and the recipient of the 2017 Outstanding Achievement Certificate from DIO Dental Implant Academy. She is trained with the McGann postgraduate school of dentistry to provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment to her patients.

I had an awful experience with Dr. Li. She was very unprofessional and profit driven. She recommended unnecessary fillings when I had other ongoing procedures. I agreed but after that I started to have issues with those fillings. Till now (at least half year), I still can't use those filled teeth but only one side of my teeth to bite. At first, she pretended to be nice but tried to dodge the problems. She gave me an informed consent after I asked if there's anything she can do. Clearly she did a poor job, but she refused to fix the problems or take any responsibility. I sought second opinion from other dentists and was told the fillings were unnecessary and poorly done. She even prescribed an antibiotic (for sensitivity from fillings) that I'm allergic to. Beware if you choose Dr. Li.

Dr. Li and the whole staff are so pleasant, courteous, and professional. I have moved out of town and still make sure to schedule my dentist appointments here when visiting home because the service is so top notch. Dr. Li always takes the time to explain every procedure and is very gentle to make sure you're comfortable. They even expedited a two week process just to make sure I would have everything I needed before leaving town! I can't say enough good things about them.

Our whole family has been going to Kentland's Family Dentistry for years. I am always impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, caring attitude and clean office! This past week Dr. Li and her staff went above and beyond for my son who had chipped a front tooth while away at school. He came home from CT and was able to get in the next day and get the tooth fixed. He was able to return back to school and not miss classes. They realized that not missing class was a big priority for him and made sure it was fixed immediately. This is just one example of their caring and compassionate attitude. Oh yes, and the front tooth looks perfect. Thank you!

If I could rate my experience with this practice today it would be less than a 1 star rating. Today we met...Donna. Donna was rude, dismissed a minor, hung up on me when I tried to get information and clarification, insulted an active duty officer and refused to apologize for her disrespectful behavior. Our family have been faithful patients of Dr. Li until today. Donna is unapologetically unprofessional. She was on her personal cell phone and felt entitled to treat people with no respect. Donna should be reprimanded for her actions . We are patients that support a practice for dental care not mental mistreatment. I left a message with Gabby to have Dr. Li call me but that did not happen. So today, our family will make a formal complaint with our insurance company and end our relationship with this practice. Dr. Li, Donna is a liability and not an asset.

Awesome dentist! Very thorough and professional. Been going to this practice for years with my whole family. Lost a crown during lunch and she was able to squeeze me in on a crowded day to fix it

Went for a dental cleaning after some time of neglect. Was frequently shamed throughout cleaning by the hygienist about buildup on my teeth. Advised for more invasive procedure to restore dental health as well as to fill cavities. Scheduled with front desk to combine all appointments into a single follow up visit. Was then told day before appointment that the appointment they set up was not what they had confirmed with me, they chose to schedule something else and then they told me that I was not remembering correctly yet an insurance quote was mailed to me for the appointment as I had request. I then chose to go to another dentist for a consult/second opinion instead and have received phenomenal care and treatment. Now this place is charging me for a procedure they did not complete. Avoid this place.

11/14/2018 visit - Dr. Cornejo was very accommodating. My wife has difficulty opening her mouth. She still managed to get the job done patiently and carefully. 11/21/2018 visit - As usually, Dr. Cornejo did a very good job on my cracked tooth. She was very careful and constantly making sure I was okay during the procedure. I have been coming to this office for more than twenty years.
