Dr. Tran and staff were very kind, but I was disappointed there was no mask policy - only one staff member was wearing a mask consistently the entire time we were there, and we felt unsafe as we live with an immunocompromised person.

My son just took off the braces recently, showing me with perfect teeth and big smile happily. His situation was sort of complicated, experienced expander, braces then invisible one, quite a long time. Dr. Tran and his team was really professional, always being patient, friendly and caring. The entire experience is just pleasant, can't be thankful more. Strongly recommend!!!

This place is so heartless me and my siblings missed a few appointments my mom is a single mother she doesn't drive we tried to get there on foot or on a bus and sometimes we can't always make it we tried to explain to them how hard it's been and it's like they didn't even care we even moved closer so we can start going on time and they denied us it really hurts that people can be heartless and not understanding but that's what happens when you deal with people who have it the easy way.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Tran's for more than 7 years. His orthodontic journey has been complicated, yet our entire experience has been exceptional. He just got his second round of braces off and everyone is thrilled. The office staff is friendly and professional, appointments begin on time (even sometimes early), and Dr. Tran takes time to thoroughly explain procedures, next steps, and timelines to both patients and parents. Highly recommend!

It's a great place. The staff are kind, the braces were inexpensive compared to my friend's braces, and the service is great. Would recommend to people who are planning on getting braces.

Best dental experience ever. Doctor Tran and the staff are super friendly, attentive, passionate, experienced and professional. They know what they're doing. The practice is extremely clean, tidy and beautiful. Wait times are minimal and convenient. Would recommend to anyone.

My daughter's experience at this office has been very remarkable. The staff are very helpful in scheduling follow-ups. Dr.Tran is very professional and is well liked by his patients. He explained in details the goal and follow-up appointments involved in the whole process of my daughter's braces. Overall, our experience was wonderful.

The staff is great! My son started going in 2014 for phase 1 for 18 months, then they gave him a break and started phase 2 in August 2017. They are very patient with my son, who has ADHD and other issues that makes the process really harder than it should be. I'm very grateful to the whole staff.

Milestone Orthodontics provided excellent service. Dr. Tran was very friendly and kind. He was excellent in taking his time to make sure every detail was perfect in every single appointment. Dr. Tran and his staff were willing to answer any questions and were extremely understanding. Recommend 10/10.
