Should have looked up reviews prior to making a visit here. I also had the same opinion of the front desk lady. Very condescending. The cleaning also did not follow the typical routine practices will do. They actually started with the polishing bit which I found strange. Would not recommend. I will not be going back.

Can't reschedule if you accidentally over slept and the receptionist needs to address the patients with a better attitude. Get your stuff figured out you brats

I have been a patient here for 4 years. The cleanings are quick & easy. They take many insurance plans & are good at providing treatment options. I'm very grateful for the reliability and sensibility that Dr. Grassle provides. Go see the lovely and warm staff today!

My rating is way below one star. The woman on the phone was just horrible. I was just wanting to set up a regular cleaning before Thursday and she was screaming at me "HOW OLD ARE YOU" and I said my age multiple times and she continued to yell in my ear. Then she asked me why I needed to make my appointment before Thursday and I replied, do I have to tell you that? just because that's my personal business on why. She just had a snotty attitude the whole phone call and she gave me an appointment date and time but by then I was already disgusted with her attitude so I said I'll go somewhere else. I can see why the reviews are 1 star.

the staff was very rude. I had my 5 yr old son with me and brought coloring books and games for him to sit quietly to do. he is not old enough to sit out in waiting room by himself. They wanted me to reschedule. i drove 40 mins for this appt. i will not be recommending dr. grassle to anybody. also, when i got to my car, i called and asked to speak to dr. whom i have never met the receptionist told me he was with another patient and was not available.. i could clearly see from parking lot that he was adjusting his blinds in his office. how disappointing. i have never experienced such rudeness in all my 49 years.
