Dr. Jackson was born and raised in Maryland, andlives in Baltimore County with his wife and two children. He completed his undergraduate degreeat Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Biology. He pursued his doctorate degree in dentistry, graduating in the top of his class in 1997, from the University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore. Dr. Jackson regularly attends local study clubs withfellow colleagues and specialists. Dr. Jackson has accruedover 800 hours of continuing education courses in dentistry. His focus is on comprehensive dental care including implant prosthetics, cosmetic and bio-compatible restorations, and Invisalign orthodontics.
Leasa, our office manager, has been in the dental field forover 30years and has seen many exciting changes take place in dentistry. She has been working for Dr. Jackson since January 2009. Leasa has two grown children she enjoys spending time with, and a grandson, who is the love of her life. Leasas other interests include reading, gardening, hanging out with her family and friends, scrapbooking and traveling.
Wendy,graduated from New York City Technical College in 1992 with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She also holds advanced degrees in Community Health & Health Care Policy. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, live jazz and definitely enjoys Maryland steamed crabs!
Melissa, graduated from the dental assistant program at YTI. She plans to further her career by becoming a board certified expanded function dental assistant. She enjoys helping patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles! In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her children and friends!
Julia, graduated from University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2017 with her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. She also has her license to administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide. In Julias spare time she likes going on walks with her dog Luna and her boyfriend Josh.
Tanya, our patient coordinator, has been in the dental field for over 35 years. She graduated from the Medix School as a Certified Dental Assistant in 1984 and was a surgical assistant before transitioning to various positions in the front office. Tanya is married with three grown sons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.

Some update: He has put a crown on the infection! After 3 weeks, I noticed the crown was loose and called his office. He told me the crown is loose because of infection I have had. Right after our conversation, he sent me an email that my life is in danger and I need to see a doctor ASAP He can not serve me as a dentist anymore! I saw his email 3 weeks later when I was experiencing sever pain in my head, eyes, ears. My experience here was wasting time, money and energy! The worst experience you can have in every way! I contacted the office in May to re-cementing a crown. They said it might be needed to make a new one! I asked them if they could finish the process by the end of June would work for me because I am moving to another city. They told me: "yes, that will be done before July!" Even though they told me on the phone payment plans are available, they did not provide me any and asked me to pay all my balance completely in the first appointment. Then after I paid that, they gave me an appointment for 5th July because the doctor was going on vacation. The first crown was ready on 5th July was small. They made another one the next week that was very big, and the doctor had to flatten my lower tooth. I just wanted to fix my crown and did not want to do any X-rays and teeth examinations. They gave me a cleaning appointment that was supposed to charge my insurance $48 based on the document they provided. Surprisingly, they charged my insurance $199 because they did X-rays that I did not need and did not want to do in their office. Even on the cleanings visit day, I asked them if this session would be $48 overall, and they said: "yes, that is it"! In my last visit they said they would send the x-rays pictures and ... to my email that day. It is about two weeks now, and they never sent it! They made lots of hardships for me and never be sorry for that!

Great dentist office! Dr. Jackson was awesome! Very thorough with a proactive plan and explains everything in detail. I like to know what I need to do to keep a healthy smile He tells you exactly what you need or should do. Great experience and recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I'm glad I finally found a dentist my entire family goes to now. I had my first crown visit and it went better than expected. Dr. Jackson took his time with me to explain every single detail, used top notch technology and I didn't feel discomfort during or after the procedure.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jackson and the entire experience, and it went exceptionally well. I had to find a new dentist after my dentist of thirty years retired. While I always appreciated the "bedsides" manner of my former dentist, Dr. Jackson and his associates were just as personal and professional. Moreover, Dr. Jackson uses state of the art technology that my old dentist did not and he spent a great deal of time with me discussing my the current conditions of my teeth and gums and plans for improving both.
