They have pulled all 4 wisdom teeth from two of my daughters. Very professional and courteous. Excellent instructions and clear documentation of insurance and expenses. I am not sure some of these 1 star reviews are truthful or understand how insurance works but, we've had nothing but awesome business transactions with this office and my daughters have had great experiences getting their wisdom teeth pulled.

Had 17 teeth pulled for dentures. Erik is professional and highly efficient! I stayed awake and experienced no pain. Great work by him and his staff!

Absolutely amazing! From walking into and exiting the clinic, everything was absolutely professional. Imagine no wait times, you can come into your scheduled appointment and everything can start just as you get inside your room. I was in disbelief that my procedure was done. Highly recommended!

My name is Dieauka Y Bradley and I really hate going to a dental office because of needles. Every dentist I have been to in my 49yrs have always made me hate the experience. However, Great Northwest Dental referred me to Dr Feider for oral surgery and Dr Feider and his staff made my experience so damn easy I never felt anything. The work was great and the pain... There was none! HOT DAMN! I've left a dental office wanting to go back. Thank You guys for the excellent service!

1 year and counting. This horrid business still hasn't owned up to their deceiving practices or made any attempts to. They have been reported to the BBB and the attorney general. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THEM. There are so many other places that will take better care of you! ***Very disappointed with Auburn oral and facial surgery. My husband had his oral surgery there and when we asked if they took our insurance, they simply said yes. They quoted us with our dental benefits and at no point felt it was important to actually tell us they weren't in-network with our insurance. Aetna made it right by allowing a one time in network exception. We should have only owed $35. This has resulted in a $1983 cost to us because they weren't satisfied with the in-network payment. It was predatory to tell a patient "yes we take Aetna" and then turn around and say oops we didn't know it would run through medical, not dental. Why you think it would be okay to say you take a patients insurance yet never actually advise them you aren't in-network is disgusting. No one in their right mind would have proceeded with that. We would have gone to another office! Terrible service and highly unethical of this office to practice such fraudulent behavior! They were very difficult to work with. Even the BBB couldn't communicate with them. They only allow 5 star reviews on their website and their Yelp page is full of people commenting that are from San Diego. They are 100% frauds.

All the staff is very kind and professional. The whole office works well together. They were all very pleasant and knowledgeable with their work. I have had a total of three procedures done with them. My first visit I had one implant done with them. Everything went exactly as explained to me. When I needed two more I went back to them had a consultation and was able to do the two at the same time. It again was exactly as explained to me. The procedure went quickly and billing was exactly as explained. They are all very caring.

Everyone was great and made things at ease; the procedure went well, but $150 for gas?! Holy cow, they are certainly not an office that everyone can afford. I suppose they can try to justify it because they are oral surgeon's... but c'mon.

I came to Dr. Fieder at Auburn Oral & Facial Surgery after rude and inconsiderate experience with the oral surgeon at bright now and was pleasantly surprised by how well Dr. Fieder listened to my fears and concerns with an open ear, had many different levels of sedation options depending on what my level of comfort was (which was one of my big concerns) and was able to get both my impacted bottom wisdom teeth out within minutes and I was able to opt for just having laughing gas as I didn't want to be fully sedated. It was quick and painless and the recovery was smooth. They also made sure to call me following my procedure and had a follow up appointment to make sure everything was healing well. He was so kind and patient with me and did a great job! Not to mention the dental assistant/nurse who helped me that day was also so sweet and took good care of me. I would highly recommend going here.

I was referred to Dr. Feider by my dentist after finding out that another local Oral Surgeon was booked out for over a month for the consultation. I am so grateful I switched locations because they were able to extract my tooth on the same day that my consultation was scheduled one week after booking. Thankfully the out of pocket cost was very reasonable with this office as well. Everyone was very professional and kind. I really enjoyed Dr. Feider's assistant's great sense of humor that lightened the mood. Something else I appreciated was Dr. Feider's honesty. He didn't try to talk me into something that wasn't right for me or unnecessary. He presented all the options, listened to my concerns, helped me weigh the pros and cons, and let me make a decision. In the end, it was a great choice for me to take care of my dental surgery with Dr. Feider and his team. I would highly recommend them. The Starbucks coffee card was such a fun surprise to find in a thank you card they sent home with me. Very nice touch!

Dr. Feider and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I came here to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at once and I was absolutely petrified, but they made everything easy and painless. It's the next day after my wisdom teeth removal and my face is barely swollen. I would recommend anyone to come here.
