I don't have a lot of time in my schedule, so I truly appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of this practice. They strike the perfect balance between not rushing the patient and not wasting the patient's time. 5 stars from me.

This review is long over due! I needed some emergency dental work done and had a hard time finding a dentist in the middle of the pandemic last year. The ENTIRE team was warm and welcoming. The office was sterile and clean. Without any surprises, Dr. Yi was gentle, kind, and talked to me throughout each procedure, letting me what what was going to happen so that I can be mentally prepared. You're not just a patient, you're treated like family here.

Definitely the dental practice to come to!!! The staff is very friendly and empathetic. Shout out to Carroll , Sarah, and Wendy they made a huge impact on my visit of course aside from Dr. Yi. Thank you all for making the visit pleasant. See ya next time.

Absolutely the best dental office I've been too starting from receptionist Sarah , Jennifer are awesome they make sure you feel welcome and personalized your visit/call to the dentist assistance Wendy she makes you feel comfortable and and is honest . Office is clean and sanitized. And Doctor is awesome he listen and truly cares about you and concerns . Definitely recommend this office to everyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Yi and his staff. They are conscientious, caring, and exceptionally professional. Dr. Yi has taken care of my family's teeth for over 10 years. He continually provides good advice on better ways to care for and protect our teeth. When my son needed an emergency root canal he cleared his schedule and got him right in for the procedure. He is a great family dentist.

During this challenging time of the pandemic, keeping our health including our teeth and gums are still important. Dr. Yi and his staff continue to keep their office clean. This helps with feeling comfortable, especially with removing my mask.

I just finished my second appointment with Dr. Yi. It has been the best dental visit I have ever had. Dr. Li was professional. friendly and communicated all he was doing at every step. Obviously he is extremely knowledgeable in his field.The reception staff was kind, courteous and are very aware of covid procedures. Wendy, one of Dr. Li's technicians, was over the top in patient care. I told her in the beginning I was always anxious about going to a dentist. She made sure I was comfortable about being there and was a big part of my positive experience. I will gladly recommend Dr. Li and Kensington Dental Designs.
