Dr. Barney received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH in 2005. Prior to dental school, he earned hisBachelorsdegree in Zoology from Brigham Young University.
Dr. Barney has been practicing dentistry since 2005. In 2008 he took overTaylor-Made Smiles from Dr. James Taylor, DDS. Since then, Dr. Barney has strived to continue improving technology, materials, and techniques so that we can offer the best care possible to our patients.
Dr. Rowley grew up near-by Walla Walla. After graduating from Walla Walla High School, he earned his Bachelors Degree at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. It was there he discovered his passion for dentistry.
He moved back to Washington and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He moved to the Tri-Cities in 2018 and has been practicing here ever since then.
Dr. Rowley is passionate about providing gentle care with the best quality work possible. In addition, he loves keeping up with the newest technology and materials used to fix teeth. Dr. Rowley enjoys being a dentist because it allows him to give his patients a better smile and healthier teeth.

Great atmosphere and the front desk gals are super sweet! Alexis is an amazing dental hygienist and is always so friendly and does amazing at cleaning my teeth. The Dr's there are also very nice!

As a patient here for over 15 years I really appreciate this office. My kids feel safe here, we feel cared for from front desk check in to our checkout, and Dr. Barney and the assistants are AMAZING with my kiddos-some of whom have dental fears. Got an appointment quickly. And because I'm from 200 miles away they were very accommodating with the schedule. I had 2 teeth in serious condition. They did a new patient assessment and were very detailed. Then moved me in to care mode. Dr. Studied my chart then got right to work. The whole team were kind and supportive and knowledgeable. They fixed all my issues in one appointment. All the rooms have big windows and a great view from each. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you Kennewick Dental for taking such good care of me and for working with me in my unusual situation.

I usually have a pleasant experience but my hygienist today wasn't actively listening when I told Her the water was cold She didn't bother to put to warm she wasn't my usual hygienist so im not very pleased
