Dr. Pete has been helping patients regain their smiles since receiving his doctor of dental medicine in 1989 from The University of Pittsburgh. Since starting Kennett Center for Advanced Dentistry, he has cultivated a community of caring professionals within the practice and long-term, satisfied patients.
To his peers within the industry, Dr. Pete is a highly-regarded educator and nationally-recognized leader in the field of CEREC and CAD-CAM Dentistry. As a current faculty member with The Misch International Implant Institute, and a former faculty member at the University of Penn, School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Pete travels the country bringing his knowledge and expertise to other professionals. To his patients in Chester County, Dr. Pete is a compassionate dentist with a magnetic personality providing expert levels of quality general, family, restorative, and cosmetic dental care.
Dr. Petes commitment to community is due in large part to his familys roots within southern Chester County. Along with his wife, Dr. Pete has spent many hours outside of work connecting with other families and individuals, driving him to want better for his local communities. The time he spent building up his community allowed him to see a need in a neighboring area, and provide the resources and mentorship needed to expand high-quality dental services to Oxford, PA. With the establishment of Oxford Dental Associates, Dr. Pete has been able to bring state-of-the-art dental care to more people while helping to usher in a new generation of caring and compassionate professionals, starting with his at protg at Oxford Dental Associates, Dr. Tyler.
KCAD is truly a family affair, with Dr. Petes wife, Catherine, working alongside him at the Kennett Center office location. In their time off, the family of four likes to spend their days recharging at the beach and sailing together.

Dr. Patellis & staff are incredibly professional and even more importantly - make you feel welcome - always! I've been going here for years, with my two teen children - and I can say in my 51 years, it's the best staff and dental office I've experienced!

I have been going to KCAD since I graduated college and returned to the area (30+ years). Pete is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful chairside manner. I have been going there so long he has become a good friend! The wonderful staff puts you right at ease when you walk through the door and makes you feel right at home. Looking for a good dentist? We have been patients at Dr. Patellis' practice for over 20 years, and I wouldn't trust my family's dental health to anyone else. From the office staff the medical staff, everyone is friendly, efficient and extremely good at their jobs. I would recommend Dr. Patellis and his staff without reservation.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Patellis and his staff!!! From the front desk to the hygienists, everyone is wonderful! Our entire family (adults and our four children, ages 3-10) go to "Dr. Pete." My 3 year old literally jumps into his arms when she sees him:) The hygienists take the time to explain what they're doing and as result have made all of our children feel extremely comfortable in a dentist chair. He also offers a non-insurance payment option that makes it much more affordable for our family which helps ensure everyone goes to regular appointments. We LOVE Dr. Pete and feel that we couldn't be in better hands:)

I have been a patient of Dr. Peter P. Patellis since he established his Kennett Center for Advanced Dentistry (KCAD). His demeanor is sincere, truthful and provides a patient's options with just a touch of humor. The staff always greet me with a smile in a comfortable environment. Appointments are made with the patient's busy life considered, when the next visit is scheduled.

Dr Patellis is the most knowledgeable, professional and incredibly skilled dentist that has ever cared for my family. His staff is equally wonderful! My husband, myself and our five children have been going to the Kennett Center for Advanced Dentistry for more that 12 years, when we relocated to this area. He has dealt with a variety of issues with my children, my husband and I. Each time, he and his staff were gentle, caring and made our experience comfortable and easy. The best part is that the end result of his work has always been first class. I highly recommend him and the Kennett Center for Advanced Dentistry!

Dr. Patellis and his staff are not only experts in their field but treat us as family. The office has a very warm atmosphere and you are always greeted with a warm smile. They are so considerate and customize the treatment or treatment plan to your needs. I, who suffered from anxiety going to the dentist previously, feel completely safe and well cared for when I visit. In case of emergency they fit you in and they always call next day to ensure you were well taken care of. The entire staff is genuinely a super nice group of people. Even after living in Delaware for 3 years now we come back as a family as it is worthy. I highly recommend you look no further. You are at the right office for your dental needs.

My first trip to KCAD was as a nanny with 3 young children. I was so impressed with the staff and the care the children received that I became a patient myself. 20 years later, I still entrust Dr. Patellis with my dental care and both of my own children are patients now too. The staff made their first visit, and every visit since, so easy and comfortable! The office staff, hygienists and Dr. Patellis himself are top-notch! I have recommended KCAD to many family and friends.

Who loves going to the dentist? I do- when coming to see Dr. Patellis & his amazing staff! Located in a charming office space in downtown Kennet Square, it's like going to see old friends. But with the most up to date technology & expertise in dental care. I suffered a painful bone fracture from being intubated from a surgery elsewhere. Dr. Pete was able to see me right away and get me on the road to a pain free recovery quickly. Highly recommend!

I started as a patient of Dr. Patellis almost 15 years ago when I was working in Kennett Square. I was so happy with the level of service, how kind everyone is, and how willing they are to go out of their way to help and provide solutions that my now husband and kids (3 and 6) are also patients and we are happy to make the commute from Downingtown. I highly recommend Dr. Patellis and his practice.
