Even in an area where there are lots of dentists to choose from, people often struggle to find a practice where they feel relaxed and comfortable. Here at the office of Kenneth R. Russell DDS, we have been helping people feel comfortable at the dentist since 1989, and we would love to show you some of the things that make our dental practice a special place in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area.
Dr. Russell graduated from East Carolina University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. His post-graduate work was completed in 1989 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He and his wife, Vicky, are members of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church and have three children. Dr. Russell is also a member of American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and Academy of Laser Dentistry.

Dr. Russell has been in private practice since 1989. Upon graduation, he began practicing in Burlington, NC and then he came back home to Winston-Salem in 1994. He taught at Alamance Community College in Dental Assisting from 1990-92. Our practice has kept up with the latest in dentistry through continuing education courses in OSHA; Infectious Control to Esthetics, Periodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Pathology, Implants, CAD-CAM Technology and Same Day Dentistry for Crowns and Onlays. We have the latest in digital technology throughout the office.
Dr. Casey Reynolds joined the practice full-time at the beginning of 2021. Casey graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2018 and has a Bachelors of Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He and his wife Gillian moved to Winston-Salem in 2018 and absolutely love the area. They became parents for the first time in 2020 with the birth of their son, Samuel. When not practicing, Casey enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the food and craft beer scene of the triad, hiking, rafting, and playing golf.
Our dental hygienists have years of experience to offer the best in the treatment of gum disease and routine dental hygiene. We feel it is our responsibility for you be informed and receive the proper treatment for a healthier you through proper treatment and home care. Our office is committed to this approach and we hope our patients will find it beneficial now and in their later years. The dental clinicians are trained to assist in the most up-to-date procedures to provide the patients best possible care using the materials, equipment and technology dentistry has to offer. We want our patients to be comfortable in their surroundings yet receive the best care with long lasting effects.
The administrative staff assists in all areas to get the job done. Their experience in working with insurance companies along with us providing many options for payment of services helps to facilitate completing your treatment. We are a provider for many insurance companies which helps reduce your out-of-pocket expense. Our newest product is a membership to the practice which can help those who do not have dental coverage.

All staff was very nice and attentive. I had a great experience with each person I interacted with and left with clean pearly whites. Sidney, Lindsay and Dr. Russell were great and I'm glad to have found a new dentist office.

Recently moved to Winston-Salem and am thrilled to have found Kenneth Russell DDS, PA and his amazing staff! After using the same dentist in another state for over 20 years I was skeptical that I would find anyone as good BUT I DID! Incredibly competent and friendly staff. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!

Beyond Exceptional! Personal service and professional excellence. You really can tell they care! Review update: Google won't let me add a 6th star! (Need to review Google!) I could find a dentist closer to home, but I won't do that! Best service ever, best treatment ever, newest equipment and technology, Saturday appointments, friendly staff, Dr. Russell is the Jedi Grand Master of dentistry!

I've only had one visit to Dr. Russell, but based on that experience I'm so pleased. The entire staff was friendly and professional, the technology and techniques were all up to date, the physical environment was pleasant and the two hygienists worked as a team to provide the most thorough cleaning and dental exam I've ever had.

Professional , relaxed , Crown was done nicely, with the least amount of pain, and time , for that type of procedure i believe! Dentist Kenneth Russell Friendly ,and easy to talk to. Hes assistant was very nice and friendly also. They did listen to me and try to make me as comfortable as possible. I recommend him and hes practice. Hes desk people ,who did appointments ,charges, Payments ect were very nice .(I guess the only thing missing was a walk to my door and a big hug and Kiss ! (just kidding ) Cant go wrong with This dentist ! Take care R Bell
