I've had the most positive dental experiences with the Capozzi Dental Group. From scheduling cleaning and simple appointments, to being seen for an emergency within hours. They are always flexible and understanding, and make you really feel cared for. They're a professional, funny group of dentists that make you feel so comfortable no matter what dental work they're doing. Absolutely love them!

Went to Dr. Capozzi for a routine check up. Told me that my filling was failing that had absolutely no pain. Scheduled a date to get it redone. After the procedure I was immense pain and could not eat on that side of my mouth of drink water. Went back to have it fixed which I needed to pay for. After leaving the pain had continued and they had told me that it was perfectly normal. A month goes by while still in immense pain and when telling the staff about my grievance they were so rude to me I felt as though I could not return. Dr Capozzi was unprofessional and lacks the necessary skills to take care of teeth.

Great staff, Great dentist. Appointment started right on time and did not take long. Just 15 minutes from Southington. If you are ready for a change, check this one out. Very, very good.

Great dentist! I have had a lot of work done in the past month due to not taking care of my teeth from my fear of the dentist. Dr. Ken has been great and he makes going to the dentist a breeze. I had an emergency appointment today in the middle of a pandemic. Got me in and out in no time for a root canal so I wouldn't have to be in pain while things are shut down. Thank you Dr. Ken and all your staff. Great job.

My daughter had a problem with her tooth on a Saturday (AND during the COVID-19 Pandemic so everyone is closed right now). She currently goes to another dentist ~ I left a message on their emergency line and they never called me back. I left a message for Dr Capozzi and got a return call in 30 minutes! And she's not even his patient (but she will be!). He understood the problem right away and thoroughly explained everything and assured me if she started to experience any pain he would see her in the office. Couldn't ask for more especially during this scary time. Knowledgable and very compassionate.

Dude hurt me bad, it took six months of care from another doctor to correct what this man did to me. I am talking about big CAPOZZI, then he sent my wife a bill. GFY.

Staff is great the dentis I had on the other hand. Went for a root canal and crown. Felt the whole root canal drilling. Went back three times for crown adjustment. Still sore gums never had before crown. On my routine check up she tried cleaning my gum line on the crown tooth I almost flew out of the chair. She said something to the dentist and he said I must be grinding my teeth that's why it hurts. I've mentioned it hurts when I chew stuff like bread or pizza crust. Definitely look for a different dentist. The staff is great so I feel bad for leaving.

Had some tooth pain from work he did, they told me to come in for an emergency visit, he looked at it and sent me home, no xrays, i was in the office for 5 minutes. About 2 weeks later I got a bill for 150$, i called and they said that was the charge for emergency visits. I was never told that I would be charged, let alone 150$. If they had said it was $150 i wouldnt have went, It wasn't even that bad, i could have waited for an appointment. I really feel like they tricked me into coming in, they cant be hurting that bad for money, when I called to explain they were soooo rude. Wouldn't even give me a discount, ugh. I'll never go there again.
