Dr. Lutschearned his doctor of dental surgery degreefrom Northwestern University Dental School in 1987. He worked as an associate dentist for two years in Rockford and Chicago .He has practiced in his current location since 1989. Dr. Lutsch believes in performing a thorough exam, diagnosing conditions, informing patients of treatment options and most importantly... listening to the desires of his patients before finalizing a mode of action. Dr. Lutsch prides himself on being gentle. 'I treat all my patients as if they were a member of my immediate family'.
Dr. Lutsch has taken many continuing education courses in cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry. He feels that implantsare the future of dentistry and offer solutions to problems that were previously very dificult to treat including loose dentures and missing teeth. Heis a member of theAmerican Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, Winnebago County Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. Dr.Lutsch enjoys photography,snowmobiling, softball, tennis, traveling, and mainly spending time with his son and daughter.
Michelle is the first person you will meet.She has workedwith Dr. Lutsch for over seventeen years. She was a chair side assistant for five years and gained valuable knowledge about dental procedures during that period. As our office manager, she uses this knowledge while communicating with patients and insurance companies. She is committed to making sure that cost is not a barrier to obtaining high quality dental care. When not at work, Michelle enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with her husband, children, and dog Ruger.
Ashley has been a chairside assistant with Dr. Lutsch since 2009. She always has a smile on her face which makes our paitients feel relaxed. She is very attentive to detail especially when it comes to cleaning and sterilizing. Ashley is always willing to lend a helping hand. In fact,she is often asked to hold our patient's hand for comfort. She takes classes to further her education at Rock Valley and enjoys spending time with her family.
Taylor earned her Dental Assisting Technical Diploma in 2014. In 2017 she furthered her education and became certified by the Dental Assisting National Board. She enjoys working chair side with doctor and doing her part in helping patients gain back their self-esteem & confidence with a beautiful smile. When not working, Taylor enjoys time with Family and spending time outdoors fishing, camping, and traveling.
Diamond earned her dental hygiene degree at Rock Valley College. She is passionate about brining considerate, quality care to all her patients. She loves spending time with her husband, friends, and family including her dogs-Samson and Delilah. A few of her hobbies are cooking, reading, and travelling. She hopes to travel to all 50 states by the time she turns 30. Diamond takes pride in putting a smile on your face and getting to know each and every one of her patients!
Katie joined our team in 2018. She is passionate about preventative care and enjoys discussing how to improve oral and overall health. She has a Bachelors of Science and is a Registered Dental Hygienist. Katie loves spending time outdoors with her two children and her husband. When she's not chasing around her kids, she enjoys long walks and yoga.

Charged me $1000 for a cleaning. Staff was super nice. Lady that cleaned my teeth was awesome. Lutsch after my cleaning refused to look at my teeth stated didnt have time. Set me up for my 3rd appointment to finally examine my teeth and the office called and canceled my appointment stated due to holidays. Gave up and left the state. Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!! If your teeth are not perfect he does want to deal with you and keeps your money.

Dr Lutsch has been my dentist for many years the staff is always friendly & Dr Lutsch is over the top for a dentist. Kind, knowledgeable & best of all very gentle if you have fears about going to the dentist he is the one to choose.

I cracked my front tooth right before my baby shower and they were able to find a spot to squeeze me in and Dr. Ken did an AMAZING job! All the while I felt like I was being treated like family, and my tooth looks AMAZING, If I wasn't completely happy, he took the time to make the adjustments, I really appreciate the wonderful service. Highly recommended!

Dr Lutsch is the only dentist my family will ever see. He is extremely professional and very thorough. All assistants are great and Michelle is wonderful and very, very helpful. I highly recommend Dr Lutsch

I recently became a patient of Dr. Lutsch. I was embarrassed of my teeth and hadn't smiled without hiding my teeth for more than 15 years. The staff is so warm and friendly. They fit you in quickly. My husband wasn't a patient and they fit him in for an emergency one hour after I called. They even came in on a Sunday to fix a broken crown for me. I just can't say enough about the treatment I receive every time I'm in his office. I am happy to say I don't have to hide my teeth when I smile anymore. A special thank you to Dr Lutsch And his staff.
