Traditional insurance is welcome and accepted at our practice. As a courtesy, we will gladly file all insurance claims on your behalf. We are in-network with mostPPO insurance providers, and we gladly accept Visa and MasterCard. Additionally, we offer patient financing through CareCredit.

Dr. Kurtis Robinson has been practicing dentistry for 24 years, the last 17 being in Marietta, Georgia. Heearned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Tennessee, Martin in 1986. He then went on to receive a D.D.S. degree from the Universtiy of Tennessee, Memphis in 1990. In Dr. Robinsons free timehe enjoys traveling, hiking the north Georgia mountains and white water rafting.

I have been a patient at Kennestone Dental since I moved to the area four years ago. I have always had a positive experience there until today. When I went in for a routine cleaning, the hygienist broke off a filling on my lower front tooth that had been placed where I cracked it previously (I actually felt it come off in my mouth, though it took me a minute to realize it). The dentist replaced the filling in short order, but he charged me for replacing it. I tried to debate that I should not be charged since it was broken off during a cleaning provided by his office. His justification was that he has replaced his own brother's in the past when he broke it off on a coffee cup, though this was clearly a very different circumstance. I went forward with the replacement and paid for it since I did not want to leave the office with a damaged tooth, but I will not be returning in the future. I added a star to my rating since he did do the replacement right away. It is very disappointing that the tone of this office has changed this way since the previous owner passed away. In addition to my comments above, the office manager was unpleasant.

Dr. Foxhall was very knowledgeable and thorough when it came to explaining the process for dental implants. I understood everything he explained to me along with the actual pictures of my teeth. Amy R. Was excellent as well.

They want to do more cosmetic dentistry. The hygienist was horrible she kept dropping things in my mouth. Horrible experience.

I have been a patient at this practice for four or five years. When Dr. Robinson passed away I didn't know what to expect. The transition has definitely been challenging, but the office has gone through great lengths to maintain service level and appointments. I recently met Dr. Foxhall and he's definitely different from Dr. Robinson, but he's friendly, thorough, and runs a very efficient schedule, which is a huge bonus for me. I am sad to lose Dr. Robinson, but I believe the practice is in good hands. Thank you!

Be aware when reading the reviews for Kennestone Dental. Dr. Robinson and his practice were amazing and honest. Sadly, Dr. Robinson has past away and the new staff and doctor are not honest, pretty sure they scam artist. When the change took over they said they verified my insurance and I was good to go. Went in for cleanings told me my girls we needed to have a filling repaired each and I should get a crown. They gave me estimates and asked me to sign on the dotted line that they gave me the estimates. They estimated that the crown was approx $2200 and the insurance would pay $900 and I would owe $1100. I know that my insurance covers 90% on almost everything so how on earth I would owe more than the insurance co? Even if they were out of network they would still pay 60-90%. The numbers still don't make sense. When I questioned them about it right away they said it was only an estimate encouraged me to schedule. That they would collect my estimated $1100 up front and they would "Reimburse Me" the difference. The estimates for the girls were also way off. My gutt told me to cancel appts and I did. I am so happy b/c the insurance company ended up sending me the checks for the cleanings, which I will be paying them for but had I paid all that money up front for the other procedures, highly doubt they would reimburse me anything. Bet their phones lines would be busy all the time.I sent them an e-mail asking to explain how they go to these numbers and it was silence. No reply. and no I did not get any notification that my e-mail was not sent. Stay away.

I am having a problem getting a return phone call or email from this office. I paid upfront over $5,000. for services and my insurance company sent them a check. I am just trying to get my money back and my calls and emails are not even being acknowledged. I'm beyond frustrated with the staff at this office. I need more dental work done and I found a great dental practice around the corner. I won't be going back to this office again, except to collect my money.

I've been going to this dentist for a decade now and I can say Dr. Robinson and MOST of his staff are very professional and courteous. The hygienists are very thorough and take their time with cleanings. I only took away 1 star and that's from Courtney, the front desk receptionist, because she has a bad attitude. Me and my teenage child show up for our appointment on time, actually 20 minutes prior since it was raining, so that I can allow my child to complete her paperwork, and which they tell you to do. She was in that back office with Donna and when knocked to let her know we was there she looked at us and turned right back to what she was doing. She didn't make a gesture or acknowledge us. She then comes and open the door like we're bothering her and she didn't even greet us she just had this scowl on her face and handed us the clipboard. A few minutes later she then tries to rush us on the paperwork and it wasn't even time to be seen yet. I had to ask her if it's okay we finish the paperwork thoroughly. I mean that's the whole point of getting there early. I saw she was greeting other patients with smiles and all who did the same as I , knocked on the door to let her know of their arrival. She appears to have some sort of SELF hate and misjudgment of her OWN identity. (Let that sink in and marinate). I couldn't understand the hostility and anger she gave me and my child. NOW is not the time to be doing that and in front of other people , girl, with the social shape this country is in. As I read the other reviews of those who identify like her I am not surprised. She needs to fix her behavior or take more people-relations training and accept that this dentist is for anyone who chooses to patronize it. Update: Due to the unfortunate and sudden passing of Dr. Robinson , Courtney is no longer there . There has been a whole new staff change. So you don't have to worry about coming across her dark aura.

Great practice. Excellent attention to patients concerns, thorough teeth cleaning and super friendly. I've been going to this practice for the past 7 years. A new dentist has just taken over the practice and I was very happy with the experience

A friend referred me to Kennestone Dental about three years ago and I always have a pleasant experience when I go. The staff are professional AND pleasant. I have a great dentist and dental tech and I actually look forward to my visits.

Tina was my Hygienist! She was the absolute best one I have had in 11 years. Thorough examine to include visual cancer screening. She was so very gentle during my visit it blew my mind. She sold me on coming back to this clinic. A++

My whole family, including our 4 children, is cared for by Kennestone Dental Group. They are so efficient and easy to work with. The entire staff is friendly. Nothing is ever stressful or difficult about any aspect of having dental work done with this group. We are very grateful for them.
