The staff is extremely rude. They overbook patients and we always had to wait ridiculous amounts of time to be seen by a dentist.

This is a terrible place. They made us wait for almost ONE HOUR just for the dentist to come, not to mention that it also took for the hygienist a long time (25 mins) to come in after being ushered into the room. Worse than being in a pedia clinic. It is unacceptable. Will not recommend it and will be looking for a different clinic.

super kind staff. made my daughter and i feel very welcomed and comfortable, up until we heard a nurse referred my daughter as a 'crying match.' the nurse had thought the doctors came for my daughter and took her to the back for day time surgery. but they hadn't and we were still in back waiting, so i heard. i didn't think it was very professional... like a crying match? really? she 2, the thought of going into a doctors office for any toddler is nerve racking. i didn't think it was nice or appropriate at all, especially after the nurse had expressed to me that she has 2 toddlers of her own. i wonder how she'd feel if someone said something of the sort about her lil ones in a doctors office.

This was our first time at this location. Everyone was super nice, welcoming, and had a great attitude. I have a 5yo and he was telling everyone, excitingly, that he went to the dentist today. They have a lot of good reviews which prompted me to choose this place, I am glad I did. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Covid has ruined this office!! Against CDC guidelines, the office tried to force me to put a mask on my 1 year old! When I said absolutely not, they tried to insist I put a blanket over his head. I will NEVER step foot in this office again and regret recommending this practice to fellow mom friends. The doctors are super nice but the unsafe protocols and office staff are AWFUL.

Never had an issue with the place in 3 years and now COVID has made them a nightmare to deal with. They want my 1.5 year old to wear a mask or a blanket over their head, she's not going to keep a mask on and I have to put her down to fill out paper work and do all the hand washing so now the blanket is dragging on the ground. Then I can't bring my 3 year old in who has a mask on... what am I supposed to do with her? Leave her in the car? Do they not have other stay at home moms with kids that go there? I won't be going back and the front desk lady was very rude.

Dr Jon and his assistant the other day were the greatest with my son(5-10-21). No other dentist has had the patient with my son like him.

We showed up 10 minutes early and waited for 40 minutes and not a sign of the dentist. I'm appalled that I have to wait longer for a dentist than for a pediatrician. They brushed the baby's teeth, looked inside briefly and charged the insurance a ton. What a thief! Don't come here.

Very upset with the outcome of my request. Called the saratoga facility yesterday and was helped by someone at the front desk. After me answering a couple of questions about the copy of the receipts I needed for my sons visit and I was finally told "I'm transferring you to Holly who handles this." I gave Holly minimal information because she was already told what I needed. I confirmed my email and she said she would do it. I called back this morning around 10AM, asked to be transferred to Holly, was placed on hold for more than 5 minutes with no update. Hung up and called back. Asked if I could speak with a supervisor, placed on hold, then receptionist comes back on the line and say she's in a meeting. I asked again if I could speak to Holly and not be placed on hold for another 5 minutes. She tells me Holly is sitting at her desk and doesn't know why she didn't pick up. I get transferred to Holly AGAIN. Holly comes on and "says" that she emailed me to receipts and doesn't know why they weren't sent. She tells me she will look into it and call me back. I asked if I will get a call back today, she states yes. I confirm my email address AGAIN. I call back at 4:30 because I had not received an email or phone call. I speak with Holly and explain that I never received a call back and she states she sent the email. I tell her I didn't get it. She repeats my email address and it is incorrect. I told her if she sent it it would have been nice if she called me to let me know, like she said she would, instead of me having to reach back out to her. Zero consideration. She continuously kept cutting me off and making excuses about how their system was updating.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Receptionist is beyond rude. As soon as you walk in you don't even get greeted. Also just a heads up which I was not aware of and if I knew I wouldn't of even bothered with this joke of a place, kids UNDER THE AGE OF 2 are required to wear mask or to be covered. UNDER THE CDC WEBSITE IT IS NOT ADVISED TO DO THAT.
