The receptionist needs to work on phone etiquette. I called and asked a question and I was given a smart a** response. If I'm asking you a question, it's because I really DON'T know the answer. So I hung up and called another dentist office and asked the same question and the receptionist who answered, was very nice and answered my question politely. That's all it took for me to choose that office. First impressions DO matter.

Awesome staff. Prompted and efficient, as well as gentle with their patients. Very caring and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I love it here. Here's awesome Doctor Jon with my son dabbing after four fillings. He made a deal with my son that he would dab with him if he did well. As you can see the outcome.

Extremely rude staff. I have been there several times with my child who is a toddler. Unfortunately he refuses to wear a mask. I'm not going to force him to wear one. He's 2. Last three times we've been to visit - they insist that I put a mask on him or PUT A SHEET OVER HIS HEAD? My child has a hard time staying still long enough to put a shoe on him - let alone put a sheet over his head. He will have a melt down. I called to be sure we could still come to our appointment even though he wouldn't wear the mask- we went two times before with issues, but they let us back anyways. I'm not even going to get into that. But, the last time I finally got fed up with their non since. I called - lady said yes let's just move your appointment from 9:30 to 2:30 so we can just get you into a room right away since he won't wear a mask. Ok, changed my plans for the entire day. Now we have to make a late trip to corpus. Well, we drove 45 minutes to their office, just to find out that the rude lady at the counter won't let him be seen and that in the notes it specifically says he will wear a sheet over his head....... Not going to get into how rude and inconsiderate those stupid people at the desk are..... just don't waste your time if your child is like mine and has a hard time with things on his face - just go somewhere else.
