Honest and professional. Dr. Kennedy and his team have provided the best care of any dentist we've been to. They never pressure us for unnecessary services and always act in the best interest of the patient. His team is welcoming and accommodating when we've had last minute scheduling changes. My recent NewPatient exam with the Kennedy Dental office was just what I hoped it would be! I am a retired Dental Hygienist and my husband and I had a dental practice in Virginia for 38 years. We had a family practice that believed in listening to the patients wants but also believed in informing them of the best possible scenario for their particular situation. Kennedy dental first does a very thorough evaluation and listens to your thoughts and then presents several ways for you to accomplish your wishes. Hygienist Shannon is amazing , friendly, gentle, thorough, very knowledgeable and kind. You have one dentist Dr Kennedy, not a different dentist each visit. You may have to wait awhile for your first appointment but it is well worth the wait. I highly recommend this practice!

All of the staff is friendly, warm and professional. Hygienist Shannon was really great, and is a master at taking xrays in tricky spaces without causing discomfort. The time that I spent with her went quickly and was comfortable.

Dr Kennedy and his ENTIRE staff are some of the most genuine, kind and compassionate people we have ever met. Their care for each patient is second to none and Dr Kennedy always makes himself available for any questions or concerns you may have. So thankful for him and couldn't imagine having anyone else as our dentist!

Called the office in early December to book an appointment. I was I told first available for cleaning is February. I was also told I will have to retake my X-ray which I was fine. Appointment is booked for 2/10/22 @2 pm. On day of appointment I get a call at 8 am to ask if I can come at 1 pm because the hygienist has to leave early and it will be helpful if I can come early. I agreed and I arrived at 12:55. I was greeted and told that they will do the X-ray and see if they can accommodate the cleaning if time allows. I asked them what they mean by if time allows and they said since they have to do X-ray they may not have enough time to do the cleaning. I asked them why they didn't say that when I booked the appointment, I explained to them that work at a hospital and I took half the day off for that appointment and it is unacceptable to just not do the work that was scheduled. They continued to tell me about regulations in healthcare. I work in healthcare an am aware of them. They just couldn't do the cleaning due to the hygienist leaving early so I have to schedule another appointment. I asked for a manager and was told there is no manager in their practice. I asked for the doctor and was told not available. I left without any work done, I told them that I am going to another practice and my family will be leaving their practice as well. There is always other options. Never going their again.

The staff is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Kennedy is informative and made me feel comfortable right away. He has a good sense of humor too. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn't be happier with the results. Up to date equipment and techniques make the visits quick and painless.

I made an appointment over the phone with the receptionist months before my appointment . They cancelled my appointment with no communication the day before the appointment. They did not even send an email saying I was cancelled. So many other options.... If I have to move my whole schedule around and with no notice you can cancel... there are better options.

I never give 5s. Never. I have exceptionally - "ridiculously" some say - high expectations. This is my first visit. They could fall. Fast. But, based on today, super high quality people - from front desk to hygienist to Dr Kennedy, to billing and exit - a great experience. Quality start to finish. Caring, qualified, explained everything, all costs discussed in advance, no surprises. Rare today. Rare.

I absolutely love Kennedy Dental. The gals checking you in do an incredible job. The staff is not only completely accommodating to you but super professional. Beside manor is the best. They make you feel extremely comfortable. They are also very open and honest with you. I would recommend Kennedy Dental to anyone!! I have been going to them for the last 6 years since I moved here. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

It is hard to find a dentist that the entire family can go to. My husband, 4 children and I all go to Kennedy Dental. From the moment we walk into the door the staff greets us makes us feel at ease. The appointment times are right on schedule. I usually watch an episode of HGTV and it's done! The hygienists are the best and are so good with my kids as well. Dr Kennedy has never pressured us to do any service we don't need.
