Dr. Jason Carpenter attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln, where he graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology. He went on to achieve his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2002.
With a strong desire to advance his skills in dentistry, Dr. Carpenter entered a one-year postdoctoral Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program. Additionally, he has acquired over 800 hours of continuing education to enhance his professional knowledge in many things such as cosmetic dentistry, root canals, TMJ, among other things.
Dr. Carpenters focus is on ensuring that our patients have the healthiest smiles possible, but his true satisfaction comes from the interactions he has with his patients. He enjoys meeting new people and families every day and developing friendships, not only with our dental family but out in the community as well.
Having grown up in the small town of Lexington, Nebraska, Dr. Carpenter learned early on about the importance of people chipping in and helping others, whether it be local sports, at church, or coming together as a community following an emergent or disastrous situation.
Dr. Carpenters spare time is devoted to his wonderful wife Molly, and their two children Kendall and Oliver. He loves helping them with their various activities that include sports and homework, or just hanging with friends. When not with his family, Dr. Carpenter enjoys running for exercise and getting out to play a few rounds of golf.

Resptionist Kyline and hygental cleaning professional Lindsey are the best people I have ever let help me with my oral hygiene. Prior to visiting Kennedy dental I did not visit a dentist for 15 YEARS !!!. Receptionist Kyline and Hygensit Lindsey made my long awaited visits stressless. When you choose yo vist Kennedy dental please ask for Kyline to help ease your nerves and Linsey to give you the best cleaning with a laugh that will be better than you think. I love Kennedy dental. I see Dr. Anderson and his team. Lovely people who care for you and make your time there quick, painless and you'll feel welcome. Love the conversations I have in the chair. Every time I'm there I leave feeling super clean and prepared to be better next time. They take time and care in every aspect of your mouth. Thank you everyone!

Professional yet laid-back atmosphere. Embarrassingly, when I first made an appointment, I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in quite some time (I would like to partially blame COVID) but they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and returned all my calls, emails, and questions.

Called in to reschedule my cleaning due to waking up sick that morning. I called them as soon as I could. The receptionist that picked up my call was rude about it. She told me I had to call in 24hrs in advanced. I wasn't sick 24 hours prior to my appointment... I asked to reschedule and she said they were "booked out for a while we'll call you back."... It's been like 6 months. This company is petty. DON'T BOTHER.

No one call to inform me about the appointment details or payment. I call them and then not communicate what the plan was the day I call. My appointment was the next day. Was not able to get seen. Because I was black

Let me just say how thankful I am for Dr. Thomas. I have EXTREME anxiety/ panic attacks with the dentist. He makes me feel very comfortable and the rest of the staff is always really nice. Abby is awesome, she always follows through on what she tells me. If she says she will get back to you, she will. Couldn't be happier.

This dental office will make you feel right at home! The staff is very friendly and professional, the receptionists will always greet you with a smile, and the doctors & hygienists treat you like an individual. I've been coming to this office for years and I don't plan on going anywhere else.

i've been coming here since 2002 and it is always a good experience. often when i get a cleaning and i need a filling they are able to schedule the filling for the same day or the next day, very convenient. i definitely recommend this place if you need a good family dentist.

Many years ago I brought my children to Kennedy for their appointments. They're adults now, and have since moved away. I recall how efficient and effective they were on preventive dental care. When someone is looking for a referral, I mention Kennedy Dental!

My family has been going to Kennedy Dental for 20 years and have always had a great experience. The staff is extremely friendly and takes great care of us. Dr. Carpenter is attentive, funny, and we are always confident that we are receiving the best care. I highly recommend!

Dr.Thomas is a wonderful dentist. He and his staff are amazing with my children. They put them at ease and are patient with any concerns the kids have. My cleanings and exams are always thorough, but never painful. My appointments are generally kept in time, which I appreciate. I highly recommend Dr.Thomas at Kennedy Dental as a family dentist!
