Dr. Jim Kendrick earned his doctorate in dental medicine from the University of Tennessee. Prior to attending UT, he received his undergraduate degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, where he enjoyed being a part of the baseball team.
Dr. Kendrick and his wife Michelle have 2 children, Jamie and Jack. Outside the office he enjoys attendingsporting events and taking family trips to the beach. He also loves playing golf and rooting for the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans from the stands.
Dr. William B.J. Tincher attended Morehead State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then went on to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky in 2011.
Following graduation, he served as an officer in the United States Army where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, followed by a 4-year assignment at the Pentagon where he was fortunate to provide quality dental care for active duty soldiers and foreign dignitaries. Having worked in private practice for the past two years, Dr. Tincher is excited to join the team at Concord Mills Family Dentistry.
BJ, along with his wife Kari, and their 2 young children reside in Franklin and are happy to call Middle TN their home. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys attending sporting events, playing golf, live music, and visiting his family farm in Kentucky where he likes to fish and hunt. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.

We LOVE the whole staff here at Dr Kendrick's office in Hermitage! Everyone is kind and caring, I appreciate how they explain clearly everything that needs to be done. Pricing is transparent, no surprises, they always check on the insurance and give estimates. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kendricks for 4 years and after reading some articles about predatory dentistry I was thinking about how grateful I was to have an amazing dentist who never hard sells unnecessary treatments or overcharges for services. They just provide great professional service with a friendly smile. I'm glad to have them.

Needed to take a moment and write a review for Dr. Kendrick after today's visit. I've been going to Dr. Kendrick for over 4 years. In that time I've had a lot of work done, but what sets Dr. Kendrick apart from the rest is that he geniuenely cares for his patients. He takes the approach of offering preventive care and procedures instead of your typical run-of-the-mill dentist looking to make a quick buck for a costly crown or other "quick fix" method. I highly recommend giving him a chance if you're looking to find a new quality provider. Not to mention, his staff is the same since I started going there which says a lot. They are always a pleasure.

I give Dr Welsh him 5 plus stars ! I had first met him when I called because I was having tooth pain and they got me in immediately . After meeting Dr Welsh he was so kind and understanding . He understand my phobia of dentists and was completely nonjudgmental . He completely but me at ease and suggested his recommendations . When I set the appt he worked with me and my schedule and it was a breeze ! It was completely painless and he did an amazing job ! Both he and his assistant were truly fabulous ! I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family !! Kudos !
