Dr. Schapper and his wife, Ashley, have 4 children. Twin boys, Beckam and Maddox, were born while in Philadelphia. Their son Ryker and daughter Brooklyn were both born here in Oregon. Courtney was born and raised in Oregon. She is married and enjoys traveling the world with her husband. She also loves to read and takes pride in being able to help others as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Evelyn is originally from Brazil. She moved to the United States in 2010. Evelyn has been an Expanded Function Dental Assistant since 2017. She is a loving wife and mother to a busy little boy. When she is not at work, she loves to workout, camp, hike, and snowboard.

Maggie was born and raised in Corvallis and had been coming to Dental Health since she was born. She has many fond memories of being a patient here. Now she is happy to be working here in the front office. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, reading, attending music concerts, and watching shows at home with her kids.

Pamela has returned to the practice after being away for about ten years. During her time away, she went back to school and acquired Bookkeeping Certificate from US Career Institute (2016), National Bookkeeping Associate (2016), and Universal Accounting Professional Bookkeeping and Quick Books Specialist Certificates (2017). She is also a member of AIPB (American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers) and the National Bookkeeping Association. Friendly, on-time, clean and modern facility. As a parent it feels like you have to pull information out of them, but overall a good experience.

Front desk was rude. They also have a policy that if you miss an appointment that you then have to find a new dentist and they will never allow you back, which seems a little over the top since they have more availability in their schedule than a lot of the other dentists in the area (according to my insurance when I asked for recommendations in the area). Maybe this is why they have more availability though--because they have no problem turning people away after one miss. It just doesn't seem professional to take it so personal when a person misses one appointment--and their first one to be precise, in my case. Oh well, someone else will take my money. If anybody has recommendations, I'm looking to get some cosmetic work done.

I needed a root canal and they did their best to prevent me from having to get one right away since I was a college student and my insurance wouldn't cover it. I was able to save up for it and get it done eventually because of their great work.

Loved the dentist and his assistants, but front desk staff are rude/arrogant each time I visit. They seem to like wielding their power over you. Because of their demeaning attitudes, I feel uncomfortable asking them questions. More clarity could be provided to patients on the cost of things. Likewise, front desk should check with your insurance about what may or may not be covered like most medical offices do. Instead I am told to call my insurance company and ask. Front desk needs retraining or replacement.
