These guys are amazing! Never going back to a traditional dentist again. Drove 2 hours to see them and it was well worth it! Best Drs I've ever had the pleasure to meet as they actually care about the healing of each patient and not just covering the symptoms. The way they treat their patients is truly a breath of fresh air! Big thank you to John and Eric!!!

This particular Dentist can be more concerned about what he was going to pay the intern, to open a practice in TN. It was very present that were very money driven. Below you will find the email I have sent them. This isn't right what they did and I pray they don't do it to someone else Thanks Laura Hi, it's been almost 2 yrs since I last saw your team in the office. Still using caution due to covid. I wanted to reach out concerning the work you performed on my teeth. Jan 19, I have 3 teeth pulled and received four fillings on the teeth that I would be getting implant for. Then, we progressed to a follow-up and placed the impants. When I left that day, we had a plan that we'd be a bit over the $5000 mark for the implants and crowns. I and ready spent $18000 approximately for pulling the While at home just after my initial appointment to pull teeth, I ended up with dry sockets. It was brutal. The next visit was in May. I had come in because my lower right side was hurting, and I needed to correct the cavity. When he examined, I would get an extra crown on this visit, and it should finish the work on the bottom of my mouth. You knew several teeth needed. You said why not doing and save some for the next appointment. The office staff had left already, and you said they would bill me. When I finally did get the bill, it was $5000+. So then my whole bottom right is fixed short the crown for the implant. When I disputed this and said, "That's what the remainder of all issues would resolve. Your staff continued to stand firm and eventually sent my bill to Rhodes and Kelly, bill collections. I have paid the bill in the last 4 months. Starting in 2021, I started having problems with the work you had completed. Those are the ones on the bottom right. I have since lost 2 teeth that are behind and in front of the implant, 1 crown, I don't know for sure if is the one that was botches with a very thin layer and told he would replace it down the road. I have broken 2 teeth and have work that still needs to be done. I am extremely frustrated and I feel that all the work I have done and the money spent for that is insane. Tonight was the last straw for me when the inside a tooth on the left upper area, broke off. The filling you did is gone. I will be giving a review of Kempter shortly or tomorrow. I am beyond frustrated and mad. The fillings you have done have either come out or are lose. I now have to go to another dentist that I trust to fix the mess that you put in my mouth. There were comments during the procedures that I was not to worry about pricing that I could pay at each session or periodically. I was at that time, paying as I go. This just isn't right. I don't normally leave pour reviews, however, when the tooth broke tonight, I had enough. I really hope that you don't treat all your customers in the manner you have treated me. I feel like I have wasted my money and time. Thank you

100% Eric M. Kempter, DDS AIAOMT, IS THE BEST!!!!! He is the real deal dentist working to keep you well informed and keep your mouth healthy. No pressure to do anything you don't want to. He was the second dentist I went to in order to remove amalgam (mercury fillings) and he was the BEST! BETTER than I anticipated and SAFE! NO PAIN! No stiffness and no super sensitivity. Truly an amazing dentist. He knows exactly what he is doing with a wonderful disposition.

I've been seeing Dr Eric for 3 years now and he is 100% committed to taking care of his patients. I have a complicated dental history and multiple issues and he's so patient with my anxiety and all of the ups and downs of my care. He goes above and beyond to make sure that I can have a beautiful and healthy smile.

Dr. Eric and Dr. John are AMAZING! My hygienist Amanda is the best and I am sure all the others are phenomenal too! They all truly care about you as a person not just a patient. The entire office is like minded in a holistic sense. Thank you for ALL OF THIS!

This is the BEST dental office I have ever been to. They took lots of time to collect my history and gave a very thorough exam for my first visit. The entire staff was an absolute pleasure and I can not wait to continue my dental wellness journey with them. I felt heard and cared for and will never go anywhere else. Thank you guys for what you do! Very impressed to say the least.

In my opinion it's very strange that a holistic dentist would not respect the individual wishes of a patient. It would be sad if it's because they put profits over people

We had the most honest, delightful, straight-foward, yet caring visit. I appreciate the practical, yet honor the sympathetic with regards to my daughter. My daughter has been begging to go back to see Dr. Kemper. How many kids beg to see the dentist, right?! He didn't sugar coat, yet he was tender with my daughter. Since our visit, I've recommenced him to all my mama friends. ...waiting, don't - JUST GO!

We bring the whole family here. They revised our infants ties last summer and they have done work and cleanings on my wife, our toddler and myself. The Kempter brothers are both very knowledgeable and informative. My wife had her top wisdom teeth pulled and cavities filled and Dr. John K. Was patient and made sure she was comfortable. The hygienist is very patient with our 3 year old and doesn't stress him out when cleaning his teeth. I highly recommend this dental practice.

It's a sad situation that VanGurp Dentistry just merged with this company. My first experience in dealing with the new regime was absolutely horrific. Cracked tooth with exposed root/nerve and they say they can help 8 days from now!! Given that I cannot eat or drink 8 days doesn't work. Good news is there are other dentists out there with great customer service and will get me in ASAP.
