While Dr. Ullsmith and the hygienists were all extremely kind and I always enjoyed their presence and professionalism, the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Talking to her is hard and she often gets frustrated when you have scheduling conflicts, money problems, or any other inconvenience to her. It's disappointing to say the least. In addition to this, their billing policy is horrible as they won't bill your insurance so everything is out of pocket. This wasn't made clear to me when I first became a patient and I am disappointed by this.

By far, Dr. Kelsey Ullsmith is the BEST dentist I have ever had, she saved one of my teeth that another dentist declared, "no way can that tooth be saved." Everyone in her office are skilled, efficient and most of all KIND! It is a lovely environment as well. They all get 10 stars in my book!

Dr.Ullsmith is wonderful, which made this hard. The hygienists and Ullsmith were so kind and comforting with my dental anxiety. The receptionist made me feel unwelcome.

Although everyone in the office was extremely nice I would never recommend anyone get work done by this dentist. I feel bad leaving this review because of the fact that the staff and kelsey were so pleasant but I feel it's the right thing to do. I had a few cavities filled by Kelsey a year ago and since then I have had 3 fall out. One fell out a week after it was done, one was just loose and caused lots of pain so I had it taken out about 6 months ago and the other just fell out a few minutes ago as I was brushing my teeth. I've had fillings done by other dentists and none of those have fallen out and were put in 15 plus years ago. I hope this saves someone from having to pay out of pocket to have bad dentistry done cause I suramce will only pay to fix a tooth once in any two year period of time. Not fun and very expensive!

No surprise every review is 5 stars. I've been meaning to write this review for a while... Is it weird to love a dentist so much? I've been to 4 appointments, and after every one I RAVE to my coworkers about this dentist. (I should stop, though, because then everyone will go here and it will be hard to get an appointment.) Here's why this dentistry is the best: 1) Dr. Ullsmith is an angel. She is so kind and warm, and she really cares about your health. I overheard her tell a patient in the other room, "Now I like seeing you, but I don't want to see you in here again, because your issues are very avoidable. I don't want you wasting your money." After my oral exam on my first visit, she took a pencil and paper and showed me the nature of some of my cavities to explain how flossing could have prevented them. She also explained the work she wanted to do over the next year, and which ones were priorities, and she said I'd get a quote on all of that work so I knew what insurance would cover and what I'd be responsible for. Just real straightforward education to help me take care of my teeth. 2) From Dr. Ullsmith to Janelle at the desk, they are honest about prices. Like they promised, they gave me a quote with estimates about insurance, and they've been basically spot-on the whole way through. They even talk me through the most affordable ways to get my work done, such as the merits of silver vs. tooth-colored fillings and even a crown vs. a filling (replacing work from a chipped tooth when I was a kid). I never feel like I'm getting scammed. 3) The work itself is top notch. Dr. Ullsmith tells me exactly what she's going to do, promises to be gentle, and checks in regularly to make sure I'm comfortable. There isn't a lot of office chatter b/t the doctors and hygienists, either, which makes you feel like you really are the center of their attention (not that a little chatter is bad). Additionally, Janelle knows about teeth. I've called in a couple times with questions, and she's been able to give great advice. When I lived in Chicago, I struck out on dentists. Couldn't find a good one. I moved here and met Dr. Ullsmith at a health fair my work put on, made a note to visit her office when I needed work done, and like that found the best dentist I've ever had. Homerun. Note: I have Cigna and have found the coverage to be good.

I had a terrible fear of dentists until I saw Dr. Ulsmith. I would highly recommended her and her staff. They listen and they care!

Dr. Kelsey and staff are very friendly and caring. I never have to wait for my scheduled appointments. She has kept my teeth and gums healthy for the past 15 years and I have been very happy with her work. I highly recommend her.

Kelsey's office is calm and full of kind people. I started going there on a friend's recommendation. Liked her so much I brought my kid, who she did beautifully with. Now my husband sees her too. Good craftsmanship. Great manner. Thorough and excellent at explaining what she's doing as she does it.

As someone who had struggled with dental anxiety as a child and young adult, I went for almost 10 years after high school without seeing the dentist. After several recommendations by coworkers and friends I made an appointment with Dr. Ullsmith. Her calm, kind, gentle demeanor helped me to be able to start gaining trust and is at the dentist office. The office is calm and quiet and all the staff is very kind and friendly. Now I have been seeing her regularly for several years and would recommend her to anyone, especially anyone with dental anxiety.

My family and I have been with Dr. Kelsey for years now. I have never met a more caring and skilled dentist. My son actually loves his visits! Kelsey and her team are amazing. They always think of the patient first and are a wonderful help when trying to understand crazy benefit information. Excellent service all around!
