This place is awesome, if you want to waste your time. Seriously. Aren't they there to help patients and actually work on them? They will actually be bothered if you ask questions. Crazy! Who does that?? I don't mind people speaking another language, but when it's obvious the doctor and assistant are speaking about you, that's very unprofessional. Like I said, great if you want to waste your time!

The assistant and doctor her self was very rude to my mother. Every question we had she responded with an aggressive tone of voice almost as if we were bothering her in the lines of her work. Takes a lot for me to actually review a place but the discourtesy and aggressive attitudes was not professional what so ever.

I'm a new patient who went in for cleaning recently and just today, two cavity fillings. I've had a number of cavity fillings before from different dentists over time, so I know the routine. I didn't feel welcome/comfortable here, and the service seemed transactional. Today, for instance, while sitting on the reclined patient chair, I wasn't given explanations as to what to expect. I know a numbing agent is administered beforehand, but I wasn't given a warning (which would've been a comforting gesture, since injections are not for everyone). The hospitality and personal connection with patients in my opinion is lacking, and that doesn't make for a good returning patient. I will be looking for a different dentist in Staten Island. On the positive side of things, your temperature is checked and windows are open, as per COVID safety precautions.

this place is heaven sent, the staff is incredible, they are so sweet and gentle and make you feel comfortable. the receptionist was super welcoming, both hygienist and doctor had incredible bedside manner and did a great job. thank you guys so much!

I love these women very Professional wearing masks and everything is clean gives a great cleaning I've been going to them for four years totally satisfied recommend them to anyone
