Dr. Kelly McNally has been practicing dental medicine for more than 26 years. Kellys passion for dentistry was fueled by her own personal experience; she knows how it feels to be too embarrassed to smile. Kelly was born with a cleft lip and palette. After many reconstructive surgeries, and 12 years of orthodontics, Kelly knows how life changing it can be to be given the gift of a new smile. The significance of a smile is what drove Dr. McNally to peruse general dentistry with a focus on cosmetic and restorative procedures for the whole family.
After completing her undergraduate education at Loyola University, Kelly continued her studies at the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland Dental School. Following her graduation in 1991, Kelly went on to complete a General Practice Residency at The Medical Center of Delaware.
In 1992, Kelly moved to New Jersey to join her husband, the late Dr. Lawrence Passarelli and his father, the late Dr. Oreste Passarelli in their dental practice which was originally established in Ridgewood in 1958. Kelly has been a member of the staff of Valley Hospital and also taught prosthodontics at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She is also an active member of the NJ Dental Association and continues to share her passion for cosmetic, restorative and prosthodontic dentistry for the local dental community. She was voted one of Bergen County's Top Dentists in 2017 and 2018.
Dr. Lennon attended Fairleigh Dickinson School of Dentistry where he received multiple restorative awards. His following four years were spent as a lieutenant in the US Navy (1977 -1981) as a general dentist which afforded him the opportunity to learn the various specialties within the dental profession, with many courses taken at Bethesda Naval Hospital. Upon completion of his Naval service, he completed the Prosthodontic Specialty training at New York University College of Dentistry Post Graduate Program. His continued career success is a direct result of his time spent with NYU. After starting his private practice in 1983 in Manhattan, he continued at NYU College of Dentistry as an associate professor, and later taught at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
His career as a prosthodontic professional has provided him with an unforeseen knowledge, expertise and ability to restore the most difficult of cases, striving to achieve the best result and always keeping the patients concerns at the forefront of his treatment. His passion to restore does not stop with dentistry, and includes hobbies such as old homes and vintage automobiles.
Dr. Kelly McNally Passarelli met her husband, Dr. Lawrence 'Larry' Passarelli at The University of Maryland Dental School. Larry grew up in Ridgewood, NJ and after graduating Dental School 2 years prior to Kelly, he went on to join his father, Dr. Oreste Passarelli who began his practice in 1958. Kelly then moved to New Jersey in 1992 after their wedding and joined both Larry and her father-in-law. They continued to work alongside her father-in-law until he retired from the practice in 1994.
Both Dr. McNally and Dr. Passarelli as a team continued to grow and build the practice to it's highest potential as well as beginning a family. They worked passionately and tirelessly to provide patients with the utmost of care in being both compassionate and professional in what we consider the McNally Passarelli approach to dentistry, treating all patients as if they were their very own family member.
In 2015, Dr. Larry Passarelli passed away suddenly. Dr. Kelly McNally Passarelli has since, not only continued to provide the best dental care for all of her patients but has also proven to continue with great strength to carry on the Passarelli family legacy for the true meaning of 'compassionate, caring and family dentistry' that generations of families have known it to be.

For the past couple of weeks I have had issues with a tooth. Dr McNally and her Staff have been wonderful guiding me through this drama and helping me to secure appointments with two other dental specialists.

I broke a crown and the office was able to fit me in on the same afternoon I called. Dr. McNally and her assistant spent almost an hour and half working on my tooth to give me a temporary crown. Very professional. Very reassuring.

Dr. McNally and her staff do a great job. They keep the office immaculate, I never have to wait for an appointment and they are extremely responsive in emergency situations. The Quality of her work has always exceeded my expectations. I couldn't ask for a better Dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Mcnally & staff.

I have been seeing Dr. McNally for years. She is friendly, efficient as is everyone who works there. I totally trust her. I had a filling replaced today. It took 20 minutes and was painfree.

Dr. McNally is absolutely amazing. She can be completely trusted to take care of all your dental needs. She is more on the conservative side and will never recommend a procedure you do not need while also taking the necessary preventative measures to keep things from getting worse. Very satisfied after switching from other professionals who wanted to do excess work.
