Our little one had an accident at school that needed immediate attention. The staff and Dr. M were really accommodating and got us in right away, didn't even have to wait. They were very encouraging and sweet amd made my 4 year old feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Incredible experience after a not so great experience at another dental office. The dentist was thorough and caring with some great tips on how to help with my sensitive teeth. Vicky is an absolute star! Best cleaning ever!

Dr M... is a gift.. had to go through my first implant.. awful.. but the oral surgeon and Dr M made it all so very "doable".. when Dr M finally capped the implant with my new tooth.. if fit like a charm.. he's such a talented Dr! Thank you Dr M!!!

Appointment was on time - no waiting. My dental hygienist, Vicky worked quickly, but very thorough and friendly. I waited a bit for Dr. Mcdonough, but he was quick and efficient in his inspection. Overall, I was pleased.

I have been going to Dr. McDonough's for almost 20 years now. I've always had a great experience. Dr. McD is always friendly and explains everything thoroughly if there is a problem. My hygienist is Vicky. She is wonderful! She Is very friendly and does a very thorough job cleaning.

Dr McDonough goes above and beyond! I had a dental issue while traveling and he was will to fit me in on a Saturday upon my return home. I am very grateful for his commitment to serving patients.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. McDonough for years and there is no other dentist that I would trust. I have moved around a bit and was forced to see other dentists and had very bad and unprofessional experiences, and issues that Dr. McDonough had to help resolve. Also, the hygienists are great and very thorough, and the staff is very helpful and kind. They also accept my Delta Dental insurance which is a big plus. If you are anywhere in OC and need a well respected and trusted dentist, I would look no further.

Flexible in fitting into your schedule, all the staff are always so kind and welcoming, and you never have to wait when getting back to a chair or for Dr. McDonough!

I'm always nervous at the dentist. I don't like the sound of the drill I guess but Kelly and staff were great in relaxing me. The view is awesome from in the chair you can see the ocean. Friendly people. They didn't gauge me on the price and set up a treatment program that's perfect for me without up selling me on things I don't need. They're awesome!
