Dr. Frandsen graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Zoology in 1982. He attended Creighton University Dental School and graduated with his DDS degree in 1986. He started his practice in 1986 in Gunnison Utah and has loved being in his hometown community. Dr. Frandsen is a member of the Central District Dental Society, Utah Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Colleen Mills is a registered dental hygienist. She has her associate degree in dental hygiene from Weber State University. She has been at Dr. Frandsens office for 20 years. She is certified in x-rays, anesthesia and sealants.
